【摘要】：本文共分五章 緒論說明選題的緣起和研究意義,.并且對(duì)本專題進(jìn)行全面的學(xué)術(shù)史回顧,介紹和分析當(dāng)前的研究狀況,分析不足,提出研究對(duì)策。介紹本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法。 第一章主要介紹華北抗日根據(jù)地貨幣發(fā)行的背景,介紹和分析抗戰(zhàn)初期日本在華北的金融侵略、華北抗日根據(jù)地建立初期的貨幣金融環(huán)境及華北抗日根據(jù)地各銀行的建立,為下文論述華北抗日根據(jù)地的貨幣發(fā)行狀況做準(zhǔn)備。 第二章闡述華北抗日根據(jù)地的貨幣發(fā)行狀況,包括貨幣發(fā)行的原則、發(fā)行用途,貨幣種類和貨幣發(fā)行量以及發(fā)行之初的使用情況,并且從中分析和比較華北各根據(jù)地貨幣之間的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律。 第三章介紹華北抗日根據(jù)地的貨幣政策,包括對(duì)法幣的政策,對(duì)日偽幣的政策,與假幣的斗爭(zhēng),通過介紹根據(jù)地貨幣與其他貨幣的關(guān)系來探索華北抗日根據(jù)地貨幣的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。并且闡述華北抗日根據(jù)地用貸款的方式發(fā)放貨幣來發(fā)展根據(jù)地經(jīng)濟(jì)。 第四章考證華北抗日根據(jù)地各邊區(qū)貨幣之間兌換與交流的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),闡述華北抗日根據(jù)地貨幣向人民幣的發(fā)展演變過程。 第五章總結(jié)華北抗日根據(jù)地貨幣的歷史作用及存在的問題。 結(jié)語(yǔ)部分概括全文,并且強(qiáng)調(diào)華北抗日根據(jù)地貨幣的政治作用不能被忽視。
[Abstract]:This article is divided into five chapters Introduction explains the origin of the topic and the significance of the research. It also reviews the academic history of this topic, introduces and analyzes the current research situation, analyzes the deficiency, and puts forward the research countermeasures. This paper introduces the research content and research methods. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the currency issue in the North China Anti-Japanese Base area, introduces and analyzes the Japanese financial aggression in North China in the early period of the Anti-Japanese War, the monetary and financial environment in the early stage of the establishment of the Anti-Japanese Base area in North China, and the establishment of the banks in the North China Anti-Japanese Base area. For the following discussion of the North China anti-Japanese base area currency issue situation. The second chapter describes the status of currency issuance in the North China Anti-Japanese Base area, including the principles, purpose, type and amount of money issued, and the initial use of the currency, It also analyzes and compares the characteristics and laws between the currencies in North China. The third chapter introduces the monetary policy of the anti-Japanese base area in North China, including the policy on the legal currency, the policy on the Japanese counterfeit currency, the struggle against the counterfeit currency, and explores the development of the currency in the North China Anti-Japanese Base area by introducing the relationship between the base currency and other currencies. The fourth chapter studies the development of currency exchange and exchange among the border areas in the North China Anti-Japanese Base area, and expounds the evolution process of the currency from the North China Anti-Japanese Base area to the RMB. Chapter five summarizes the historical function and existing problems of currency in North China anti-Japanese base area. The conclusion part summarizes the full text and emphasizes that the political role of currency in North China anti-Japanese base area can not be ignored.
