【摘要】：1947—1948年聯(lián)勤總部武漢被服廠(chǎng)罷工事件,是解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期武漢工人運(yùn)動(dòng)的典型案例,對(duì)武漢地區(qū)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢(shì)有一定觸動(dòng)。1947年3月武漢被服廠(chǎng)發(fā)生罷工事件,表面上起因于工人與管理人員的口角之爭(zhēng),實(shí)質(zhì)上是緣于工人對(duì)工廠(chǎng)管理方式、工資獎(jiǎng)金、福利待遇等問(wèn)題的長(zhǎng)期不滿(mǎn)。罷工事件發(fā)生后,工人在中共的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下與國(guó)民政府當(dāng)局展開(kāi)了長(zhǎng)期對(duì)峙,提出了增加工資、改善福利待遇等政治經(jīng)濟(jì)要求。中共貫徹“有理、有利、有節(jié)”斗爭(zhēng)原則,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工人的罷工斗爭(zhēng)。國(guó)民政府當(dāng)局以維護(hù)社會(huì)秩序?yàn)槟康?先對(duì)罷工進(jìn)行調(diào)解,當(dāng)罷工形勢(shì)超出其可控范圍時(shí),則采用武力手段進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)壓。本文力圖對(duì)此次罷工事件的起因、經(jīng)過(guò)及影響進(jìn)行梳理,呈現(xiàn)出國(guó)共交戰(zhàn)時(shí)期工人、國(guó)民政府當(dāng)局和中共三方的博弈局面,從而反映出這一時(shí)期國(guó)統(tǒng)區(qū)三股力量的基本關(guān)系態(tài)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:From 1947 to 1948, the strike in Wuhan garment factory, which was a typical case of the labor movement in Wuhan during the Liberation War, touched the political and economic situation in Wuhan. Ostensibly due to the dispute between workers and managers, it is essentially due to workers' long-standing dissatisfaction with factory management, wage bonuses, welfare benefits, and so on. After the strike, workers under the leadership of the Communist Party of China launched a long-term confrontation with the national government authorities, and put forward political and economic demands such as wage increases and welfare benefits. The Communist Party of China carried out the principle of "rational, favorable and disciplined" struggle and led the workers' strike struggle. For the purpose of maintaining social order, the national government first mediates the strike, and when the situation of the strike is beyond its control, it uses force to suppress it. This paper tries to comb the cause, process and influence of the strike, and present the game situation of the workers, the Kuomintang government and the Communist Party of China in the period of the war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China. This reflects the basic relationship of the three forces in the state-controlled areas during this period.
