【摘要】：程德全的歷史地位是由他在歷史轉(zhuǎn)折年代中的所作所為決定的。他在近代中國(guó)歷史上的主要作為可以從四個(gè)方面加以概括:率先反正,和平光復(fù)蘇州,進(jìn)而逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)全省的光復(fù);捍衛(wèi)東北邊疆,抵制沙俄侵略;為官清廉,嚴(yán)懲貪腐行為;興辦實(shí)業(yè),開啟黑龍江地區(qū)近代化的大門。這些重要活動(dòng)成為后人評(píng)價(jià)他的基本依據(jù)。以往史學(xué)界所謂程德全"投機(jī)革命""阻撓歷史前進(jìn)"之類的論斷應(yīng)予推倒。
[Abstract]:Cheng Dequan's historical position is determined by what he did in the turn of history. His main works in modern Chinese history can be summarized from four aspects: take the lead, restore Suzhou peacefully, and gradually realize the restoration of the whole province; defend the northeast frontier, resist Russian aggression, act as an official and punish corruption severely; Set up industry, open the gate of modernization of Heilongjiang area. These important activities have become the basic basis for future generations to evaluate him. In the past, the theories of Cheng Dequan's speculative revolution and obstructing the advance of history should be pushed down.
