【摘要】：民國時(shí)期我國大學(xué)研究院所的創(chuàng)建與發(fā)展,引發(fā)了大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)研究與學(xué)術(shù)交流方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,創(chuàng)新了大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式并培養(yǎng)了一批人才,加速了大學(xué)學(xué)位獨(dú)立和學(xué)術(shù)獨(dú)立的進(jìn)程。但是,其時(shí)大學(xué)研究院所在發(fā)展過程中也出現(xiàn)了重復(fù)設(shè)置、合作不足;經(jīng)費(fèi)不足、研究隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定;組織自身和研究教授缺乏考核等問題。這些貢獻(xiàn)與問題對于當(dāng)前大學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的建設(shè)乃有啟示意義。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, the establishment and development of university research institutes in our country led to the transformation of academic research and academic exchange in universities, innovated the training mode of university talents and trained a number of talents, and accelerated the process of the independence of university degrees and academic independence. However, in the process of development of the research institute of the university, there are some problems, such as repeated setup, insufficient cooperation, insufficient funds, unstable research team, lack of evaluation of the organization itself and research professors, and so on. These contributions and problems are instructive to the construction of university research institutions.
