【摘要】：知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)研究是當(dāng)代中國史的重要研究內(nèi)容,時(shí)間持續(xù)長達(dá)25年之久;波及范圍廣,遍及全國各個(gè)省;影響人數(shù)多,全國先后有1700萬知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)。石家莊作為河北省的省會(huì),是河北省知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的先鋒和模范。石家莊地區(qū)1968年到1980年的知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)分為三個(gè)階段。第一階段(1968-1973),這個(gè)階段是下鄉(xiāng)人數(shù)最多的時(shí)期,由于管理機(jī)構(gòu)不完善,因而產(chǎn)生了很多的問題;第二階段(1974-1976),針對(duì)第一階段出現(xiàn)的問題,這時(shí)期提高了知識(shí)青年的安置經(jīng)費(fèi),制訂了嚴(yán)厲打擊侵害知識(shí)青年的政策,知識(shí)青年的生活和安全得到改善和提高;第三階段(1977-1980),隨著國家政策的調(diào)整,知識(shí)青年開始陸續(xù)返城,石家莊地區(qū)知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)束。雖然知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)曲折艱難,知識(shí)青年在農(nóng)村遇到了很大的困難,但是千萬個(gè)帶有社會(huì)責(zé)任感的知識(shí)青年發(fā)揚(yáng)艱苦奮斗的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神為農(nóng)村建設(shè)做出了很大的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The study on the movement of intellectual youth to the countryside is an important research content of contemporary Chinese history, which lasts for 25 years; it has a wide range of spread across all provinces of the country; it has a large number of influence, and 17 million intellectual youth have visited the countryside successively in the whole country. As the capital of Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang is the pioneer and model of the movement of educated youth in Hebei Province. Shijiazhuang area from 1968 to 1980, the movement of intellectual youth to the countryside is divided into three stages. The first stage, 1968-1973, was the period in which the largest number of people went to the countryside. As a result of the imperfection of the management structure, many problems arose; the second stage, 1974-1976, raised the funds for the resettlement of educated young people in view of the problems arising in the first stage. A policy was formulated to severely combat aggression against intellectual youth, and the lives and security of educated youth were improved and improved. In the third stage, 1977-1980, with the adjustment of national policies, educated youth began to return to the city one after another. Shijiazhuang area intellectual youth go to the countryside movement ends. Although it is difficult for intellectual youth to go to the countryside and face great difficulties in rural areas, thousands of intellectual youth with a sense of social responsibility have made great contributions to rural construction by carrying forward the spirit of hard struggle and entrepreneurship.
