【摘要】：近30年來(lái),國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)史學(xué)界圍繞"斯密型增長(zhǎng)"模式產(chǎn)生了一系列重要的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)與論爭(zhēng),而近代中國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)則為我們分析和反思這些理論提供了極好的參照。以蠶絲和織布為代表的近代鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)的發(fā)展主要得益于市場(chǎng)或"斯密型動(dòng)力"的驅(qū)動(dòng),也體現(xiàn)了"勤勉革命"的基本特征;人口壓力雖然存在,但影響并不明確。鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)的"斯密型增長(zhǎng)"在一定程度上推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和收入提高,其技術(shù)變遷也具有明顯的勞動(dòng)密集型特征,但僅憑借"斯密型增長(zhǎng)"并不足以將近代中國(guó)導(dǎo)入工業(yè)化和高速經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),中國(guó)工業(yè)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)和向"庫(kù)茲涅茨型增長(zhǎng)"轉(zhuǎn)變的成功,最終有賴于新中國(guó)政府調(diào)控與市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的有效配合。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, the international economic history circles have produced a series of important academic viewpoints and debates around the "Smith growth" model, and the modern Chinese rural industry has provided us with excellent reference for analyzing and rethinking these theories. The development of modern rural industry, represented by silk and weaving, was mainly driven by the market or "Smith power", which also reflected the basic characteristics of "industrious revolution". Although the population pressure existed, the influence was not clear. The "Smith growth" of rural industry to a certain extent promoted economic development and income improvement, and its technological changes also had obvious labor-intensive characteristics. However, "Smith growth" alone is not enough to introduce modern China into industrialization and high-speed economic growth, and the realization of China's industrialization and the success of its transformation to "Kuznets growth". In the end, it depends on the effective coordination of government regulation and market mechanism of the people's Republic of China.
