【摘要】：1851年至1865年之間,太平天國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)席卷中國(guó)。作為一次近代史上格外顯著的建政事件,其代表的是在舊有社會(huì)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)衰敗時(shí)社會(huì)非官僚機(jī)構(gòu)成員的一次政治參與。這次政治參與肩負(fù)了太平天國(guó)政權(quán)對(duì)于社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的改造任務(wù)�！短叫搪伞纷鳛樘教靽�(guó)遺留下來(lái)的制度性文本,分析其體系結(jié)構(gòu)、具體內(nèi)容與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,可以在一方面窺探其立法背景,另一方面可以明確其治理思路,從而得出較為清晰的結(jié)論以期確定《太平刑律》于法制史中的準(zhǔn)確位置,并為太平天國(guó)這次政治參與的意圖與效果做出客觀評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement ( Taiping Heavenly Kingdom ) took part in China from 1851 to 1865 . It represented the political participation of the members of the social non - bureaucracy when the old social system was lost . The political participation shouldered the political participation of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom regime for the social structure . On the other hand , the political participation of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom was the institutional text inherited from the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom .
