【摘要】：抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)結(jié)束后,以嶺光電、李仕安為代表的川康彝族政治人物,向國(guó)民政府提出允許彝族參政,希望以充當(dāng)民族代表的方式鞏固和拓展其權(quán)勢(shì)。與20世紀(jì)30年代西南彝苗請(qǐng)?jiān)富顒?dòng)不同的是,參與請(qǐng)?jiān)傅囊妥逭稳宋镆言诘胤浇⑵鹨欢ㄍ?又得到了西康省政當(dāng)局的支持,故得以利用戰(zhàn)后民族民主運(yùn)動(dòng)高漲的形勢(shì),就承認(rèn)西南彝族與容納"民族代表制"的議題與國(guó)民政府討價(jià)還價(jià)。國(guó)民政府面對(duì)這一請(qǐng)?jiān)富顒?dòng),既不愿承認(rèn)彝族之民族地位,又希望拉攏川康彝族政治人物,最終措置失當(dāng),促使原本的邊疆代理人轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閲?guó)民黨政權(quán)的異己力量。
[Abstract]:After the War of Resistance against Japan, the political figures of Chuan Kang Yi nationality represented by Ling photoelectric and Li Shi'an proposed to the National Government to allow Yi people to participate in politics, hoping to consolidate and expand their power by acting as national representatives. Different from the petition activities of Yi and Miao in southwest China in the 1930s, the Yi political figures who participated in the petition had established a certain prestige in the localities and received the support of the Xikang provincial government, so they were able to take advantage of the upsurge of the postwar national democratic movement. Bargaining with the National Government on the issue of recognizing the southwest Yi people and accommodating the "national representative system". In the face of this petition, the National Government is unwilling to recognize the national status of the Yi people, and hopes to attract the political figures of the Yi nationality of Chuankang, and finally process them improperly, thus prompting the original frontier agent to turn into the dissident power of the Kuomintang regime.
