【摘要】：郭希仁(1881-1923),陜西臨潼人,原名忠清,字時齋,又字思齋,后改字希仁,辛亥革命后以字行世。是陜西近代重要的思想家、革命家、教育家,享譽世界的水利專家。他生于清末,中過舉人,因憤于社會現(xiàn)狀,東游日本考察,開始接觸革命思想。回國后,先是受托代寫祭文,再聲援蒲案,聲名日隆。后當選陜西省咨議局副議長,加入同盟會。處在那樣一個思潮變化的時代,郭希仁以仕子之身赴革命之志,直至去世而不改初心。在諸多偉事中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)陜西辛亥革命堪稱其人生中最濃墨重彩的一筆。陜西在辛亥革命中于北方諸省中第一個宣布獨立,歷史意義重大。本文以陜西辛亥革命前后始末為線索,從郭希仁思想演變過程入手,抽絲剝繭,去偽存真,深入系統(tǒng)地研究 了郭希仁對陜西辛亥革命的重要影響。思想方面,郭希仁為陜西同盟會確定了活動綱領(lǐng)和思想宗旨;明確了陜西同盟會及軍政府的價值取向;更身體力行,積極宣傳革命思想,為陜西辛亥起義奠定了重要的思想基礎(chǔ);組織方面,郭希仁憑借其在陜西辛亥革命前后表現(xiàn)出強大的組織能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力和管理能力,擔負起同盟會及軍政府的中樞重任;并利用自己的特殊身份組織聯(lián)合戰(zhàn)線,為陜西辛亥起義奠定了重要的人事準備;還傾盡心力彌合不同團體間的矛盾與不合,維護組織周全,保證了聯(lián)盟的統(tǒng)一;政治方面,郭希仁的表現(xiàn)也是可圈可點,他帶領(lǐng)同盟會會員啟發(fā)民智,極大地促進了陜西民主意識的發(fā)展,為陜西辛亥起義營造了良好的政治環(huán)境;西安起義后,郭希仁發(fā)布安民布告,對于團結(jié)各民族人民,穩(wěn)定陜西社會秩序發(fā)揮了重要作用;另外,他極力促成陜西緊隨武昌起義,極大地鼓舞了其它各省的起義決心,起到了引領(lǐng)示范的作用,政治意義重大;軍事方面,郭希仁作為直接參與者,直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了陜西辛亥革命;起義后,面對清廷的瘋狂反撲,他東奔西走,調(diào)兵遣將,并派人議和,挽救了危局,保護了革命的勝利成果;在郭希仁的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,起義軍與清軍展開拉鋸戰(zhàn),牽制了北方的清軍,緩解了南方革命軍的壓力,加速了辛亥革命的成功,軍事意義同樣重大。
[Abstract]:Guo Xilen (1881-1923), native of Lintong, Shaanxi Province, was originally known as Zhongqing, the word Shi Zhai, the word Si Zhai, and the word Xiren after the Revolution of 1911. Shaanxi is an important modern thinker, revolutionist, educator, world-renowned water conservancy experts. Born in the late Qing Dynasty, he was born in the late Qing Dynasty. After returning to China, first commissioned to write sacrifice, and then solidarity with Po case, fame. After the election of Shaanxi Provincial Council Vice Speaker, to join the League. In such an era of ideological change, Guo Xiren to the revolutionary spirit of the official body, until his death without changing the original mind. In many great things, the leadership of Shaanxi Xinhai Revolution can be regarded as the most powerful in his life. Shaanxi was the first northern province to declare independence during the Revolution of 1911, which was of great historical significance. This paper takes the beginning and end of the 1911 Revolution in Shaanxi as the clue, starting with the evolution process of Guo Xiren's thought, taking the silk and cocoon, distinguishing the false things, reserving the real things, and deeply and systematically studying Guo Xiren's important influence on the Shaanxi 1911 Revolution. In terms of ideology, Guo Xiren defined the program of activities and ideological purposes for the Shaanxi League; defined the value orientation of the Shaanxi League and the military junta; and carried out more practice and actively propagated revolutionary ideas. It laid an important ideological foundation for the Xinhai uprising in Shaanxi province, in terms of organization, Guo Xiren showed strong organizational ability, coordination ability and management ability before and after the 1911 Revolution in Shaanxi, so as to shoulder the central responsibility of the Alliance and the military junta. He also used his special status to organize the United front and laid an important personnel preparation for the Shaanxi Xinhai uprising; he also made every effort to bridge the contradictions and dissension among different groups, to safeguard the integrity of the organization, and to ensure the unity of the alliance; and politically, Guo Xiren's performance is also remarkable. He led the members of the League to enlighten the people, greatly promoted the development of Shaanxi's democratic consciousness, and created a good political environment for the Shaanxi Xinhai uprising. After the Xi'an uprising, Guo Xiren issued an Anmin bulletin. He played an important role in uniting the people of all nationalities and stabilizing the social order in Shaanxi. In addition, he urged Shaanxi to follow Wuchang uprising, greatly inspired the determination of other provinces, played a leading role in the demonstration and political significance. In the military aspect, Guo Xiren, as a direct participant, directly led the 1911 Revolution in Shaanxi, and after the uprising, faced with the frantic counter-attack of the Qing Dynasty, he ran around, deployed troops, and sent people to negotiate, saved the crisis and protected the victorious achievements of the revolution. Under Guo Xiren's leadership, the rebel army and the Qing army launched a tug-of-war, which contained the Qing army in the north, relieved the pressure of the southern revolutionary army, and accelerated the success of the 1911 Revolution.
