【摘要】：在近代中國(guó)，癆病流行猖獗，其發(fā)病率和死亡率處于各類(lèi)疾病榜首，癆病的防治則成為醫(yī)學(xué)界日益關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。隨著醫(yī)界有識(shí)之士和愛(ài)國(guó)人士逐步意識(shí)到癆病對(duì)民族健康的嚴(yán)重危害性，便發(fā)起成立了中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)。本著“健康民眾體魄、預(yù)防癆病發(fā)生”的防癆救國(guó)宗旨，該協(xié)會(huì)在成立后的三四年內(nèi)，在完善組織、開(kāi)展診療以及宣傳教育等方面做了大量的工作，引起了社會(huì)各界對(duì)中國(guó)防癆事業(yè)的關(guān)注和支持。本文試圖梳理并考察中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)的成立、組織及其早期活動(dòng)，以便了解和認(rèn)識(shí)該協(xié)會(huì)在中國(guó)近代防疫史上的特殊地位。 在章節(jié)上，，除緒論和結(jié)語(yǔ)外，正文部分主要由四部分構(gòu)成： 一、考察中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)成立的歷史背景，文章通過(guò)考察近代中國(guó)癆病的流行情況、時(shí)人對(duì)癆病的認(rèn)識(shí)及20世紀(jì)二三十年代中國(guó)癆病的防治情況，分析近代中國(guó)癆病的猖獗是促使協(xié)會(huì)成立的直接動(dòng)因；而衛(wèi)生救國(guó)的時(shí)代思潮，促使上海一批中外熱心人士積極尋求癆病的防治。 二、考察中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)的成立及組織建設(shè)，文章從協(xié)會(huì)成立經(jīng)過(guò)、會(huì)員概況、組織機(jī)構(gòu)及經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源和收支情況幾個(gè)方面來(lái)考察協(xié)會(huì)的組織建設(shè)，及其組織運(yùn)作中所面臨的問(wèn)題。 三、以中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)的早期活動(dòng)為考察中心，探討該協(xié)會(huì)在防癆事業(yè)上所做出的努力，并再現(xiàn)政府、協(xié)會(huì)和民眾之間在防癆工作上的互動(dòng)與合作。 四、著重論述了中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)的地位及意義，在前三部分的基礎(chǔ)上，試圖論證中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)作為近代中國(guó)第一個(gè)全國(guó)性防癆組織，在中國(guó)防癆史上的特殊地位，及對(duì)上海公共衛(wèi)生建設(shè)的推動(dòng)作用，同時(shí)，探究“防癆救國(guó)”思想作為貫穿其中的主題，在協(xié)會(huì)早期防癆事業(yè)中所具有的時(shí)代意義。 本文認(rèn)為，在近代中國(guó)癆病猖獗及衛(wèi)生救國(guó)思潮的大背景下，中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)的成立及早期活動(dòng)具有特殊的意義，它不僅開(kāi)啟了我國(guó)防癆事業(yè)的新篇章，而且以上海為中心的防癆活動(dòng)，對(duì)上海公共衛(wèi)生建設(shè)有著積極的推動(dòng)作用；此外，作為“防癆救國(guó)”思潮催生下的產(chǎn)物，中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)激發(fā)了國(guó)民對(duì)民族生存及民族復(fù)興問(wèn)題的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:In modern China, the prevalence of tuberculosis is rampant, and its morbidity and mortality are at the top of all kinds of diseases. The prevention and treatment of tuberculosis has become an increasingly concerned issue in medical circles. As the doctors and patriots gradually realized the serious harm of tuberculosis to national health, they initiated the establishment of the China Tuberculosis Association. In line with the principle of "healthy people's physique and prevent the occurrence of tuberculosis," the Association has done a great deal of work in improving the organization, conducting diagnosis and treatment, and publicity and education in the three to four years since its establishment. Has aroused the social all walks of life to the Chinese tuberculosis enterprise's concern and the support. This paper attempts to sort out and investigate the establishment, organization and early activities of the Chinese Tuberculosis Association in order to understand and understand its special status in the history of epidemic prevention in modern China. In the chapter, in addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main body is composed of four parts: First, to investigate the historical background of the establishment of the China Tuberculosis Association. By examining the prevalence of tuberculosis in modern China, people's understanding of tuberculosis and the prevention and control of tuberculosis in China in the twenties and thirties of the 20th century. The analysis of the rampant tuberculosis disease in modern China is the direct cause to promote the establishment of the association, and the trend of thought of saving the country by hygiene has prompted a group of enthusiastic people at home and abroad in Shanghai to actively seek the prevention and cure of tuberculosis disease. The second part is to investigate the establishment and organization construction of the Chinese Tuberculosis Association. The article examines the organization construction of the association and the problems it faces in its operation from the following aspects: the establishment of the association, the general situation of its members, the organization, the source of funds and the income and expenditure situation. Third, take the early activities of the China Tuberculosis Association as the inspection center, discuss the efforts made by the Association in the cause of tuberculosis, and reproduce the interaction and cooperation between the government, the association and the public in the work of tuberculosis prevention. Fourthly, it emphatically discusses the status and significance of the China Tuberculosis Association. On the basis of the first three parts, it tries to demonstrate the special status of the China Tuberculosis Association as the first national tuberculosis organization in modern China, in the history of Chinese tuberculosis prevention. At the same time, the paper explores the significance of the thought of "preventing tuberculosis and saving the nation" as the theme that runs through it, which is of great significance in the early anti-tuberculosis cause of the Association. This paper holds that under the background of rampant tuberculosis in modern China and the trend of health and national salvation, the establishment and early activities of the China Tuberculosis Association are of special significance, and it not only opens a new chapter in the cause of tuberculosis in China. Moreover, the anti-tuberculosis activities centered in Shanghai have a positive role in promoting public health construction in Shanghai. In addition, as a product of the trend of "TB prevention and national salvation," The China Tuberculosis Association has aroused national concern about national survival and national rejuvenation.
