【摘要】：十九世紀(jì)下半期，隨著西方列強(qiáng)的入侵中國(guó)出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的邊疆危機(jī)。1931年九一八事變爆發(fā)后東北淪陷和1932年上海一二八事變爆發(fā)后華北陷入危機(jī)，予國(guó)人以極大刺激，越來(lái)越多的人開始關(guān)注西北，組織了各種研究西北的團(tuán)體，，開展了大量的宣傳活動(dòng)，通過(guò)報(bào)刊、叢書、廣播等媒體介紹西北，掀起了西北研究熱潮。開發(fā)西北協(xié)會(huì)就是在這一時(shí)期成立的比較有代表性的團(tuán)體。其創(chuàng)辦的《開發(fā)西北》月刊是當(dāng)時(shí)影響較大的研究西北、宣傳西北開發(fā)的刊物之一。 從1934年1月到1935年12月，《開發(fā)西北》月刊存續(xù)了2年。在2年的時(shí)間內(nèi)，《開發(fā)西北》月刊共出版了4卷24期，共刊載了230多篇文章。其中77篇是對(duì)西北自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境認(rèn)識(shí)的文章，內(nèi)容包括西北地區(qū)的礦產(chǎn)資源、交通建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)情況、地理、歷史、文化、教育，對(duì)西北進(jìn)行了比較全面的認(rèn)識(shí)�！堕_發(fā)西北》月刊提出了許多開發(fā)西北的計(jì)劃、方案。有對(duì)整體性的開發(fā)意見，有針對(duì)某一方面或某一領(lǐng)域的開發(fā)建議。這些文章一方面啟迪了人們開發(fā)西北的智慧，另一方面為政府開發(fā)西北獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策�！堕_發(fā)西北》月刊對(duì)于西北的認(rèn)識(shí)及開發(fā)西北的探討，總體上是正確的，個(gè)別認(rèn)識(shí)是存在一些偏差。
[Abstract]:In the second half of the nineteenth century, with the invasion of China by Western powers, a serious border crisis appeared. After the September 18 incident broke out in 1931 and the Shanghai incident broke out in 1932, North China fell into crisis, which greatly stimulated the people of China. More and more people began to pay attention to the northwest, organized a variety of groups to study the northwest, carried out a large number of publicity activities, through newspapers, books, radio and other media introduced the northwest, set off a wave of northwest research. The Northwest Development Association is a representative organization established in this period. The monthly Journal of Development of Northwest China was one of the most influential research journals in Northwest China at that time, which propagandized the development of Northwest China. From January 1934 to December 1935, the Northwest Development Journal lasted for 2 years. In a period of 2 years, a total of 4 volumes and 24 issues were published and more than 230 articles were published. Of these, 77 are articles on understanding of the natural environment and social environment of the Northwest, including mineral resources, transportation construction, economic situation, geography, history, culture, education in the Northwest region, A comprehensive understanding of the Northwest is given. The monthly Journal of the Development of the Northwest puts forward many plans and schemes for the development of the Northwest. There is an overall development opinion, a development proposal for an area or an area. On the one hand, these articles enlighten people on the wisdom of developing the Northwest, on the other hand, they offer suggestions for the government to develop the Northwest. The understanding of the Northwest and the discussion on the development of the Northwest in the monthly Journal of the "Development of Northwest China" are, on the whole, correct. There are some deviations in individual cognition.
