【摘要】：20世紀(jì)40年代末50年代初，中共在與國民黨的最后較量中迅速取得勝利，勝利是令人興奮的，但是隨著勝利而來的也面臨很多棘手的問題。怎樣接管國民黨留下的政府機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)，，以及接管后怎樣恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)和改革這些機(jī)構(gòu)，長蘆就是這些問題中很重要的一個(gè)。本文充分利用河北省檔案館的館藏的長蘆鹽場檔案和一些其它的相關(guān)的資料，以中共接管長蘆鹽務(wù)局為考察對象，重點(diǎn)考察分析了中共對長蘆鹽區(qū)的接管，以及接管順利完成后對長蘆鹽區(qū)生產(chǎn)的恢復(fù)以及所進(jìn)行的一些改革。 文章共分前言和正文兩個(gè)部分，前言主要闡述了選題意義，對相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)史進(jìn)行了簡要回顧，最后對研究方法和本文的不足也做了簡要交代。 正文共分三章，第一章對民國時(shí)期長蘆鹽區(qū)的發(fā)展做了簡要論述，作為本文的背景介紹。 第二章介紹了津冀地區(qū)解放以后中共相關(guān)人員對長蘆鹽務(wù)的接管，主要論述了經(jīng)過國共戰(zhàn)爭的破壞后的長蘆鹽務(wù)的狀況，以及中共當(dāng)局對長蘆鹽務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的接管經(jīng)過。 第三章以上述兩部分為基礎(chǔ)，主要論述了接管順利完成后，中共鹽區(qū)當(dāng)局對鹽業(yè)生產(chǎn)的恢復(fù)及所進(jìn)行的一些改革。 本文認(rèn)為，中共對長蘆的接管是比較成功的，其在恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)后進(jìn)行的一些改革也是符合當(dāng)時(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況的。這些初步改革為之后開展的社會主義改造打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the late 1940s and early 1950s, the Communist Party of China quickly won the final battle with the Kuomintang, which was exciting, but it also faced a lot of thorny problems. How to take over the government and enterprise institutions left behind by the Kuomintang, as well as how to resume production and reform these institutions after the takeover, is one of these very important issues. This paper makes full use of the Changlu salt farm archives and some other relevant materials in the archives of Hebei Province, taking the Changlu Salt Bureau as the object of investigation, and focusing on the investigation and analysis of the Chinese Communist Party's takeover of Changlu Salt District. After the successful completion of the takeover, the production of Changlu salt area was restored and some reforms were carried out. The paper is divided into two parts: the preface and the main body. The preface mainly expounds the significance of the topic, briefly reviews the relevant academic history, and finally gives a brief account of the research methods and the shortcomings of this paper. The main body is divided into three chapters. The first chapter briefly discusses the development of Changlu salt area in the period of the Republic of China, as the background of this paper. The second chapter introduces the take-over of Changlu salt after the liberation of Tianjin and Hebei, mainly discusses the situation of Changlu salt affairs after the destruction of the war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, as well as the takeover of Changlu salt agency by the Communist Party of China. The third chapter, based on the above two parts, mainly discusses the restoration of salt production and some reforms carried out by the Communist Party of China salt district authorities after the successful completion of the takeover. This paper holds that the takeover of Changlu by the Communist Party of China is relatively successful, and some reforms carried out after the resumption of production are also in line with the economic development at that time. These initial reforms laid a solid foundation for the subsequent socialist transformation.
