【摘要】：七三一部隊(duì)舊址是世界歷史上規(guī)模最大的細(xì)菌武器研究、實(shí)驗(yàn)及制造的基地，是日本侵華期間留存的近現(xiàn)代重要?dú)v史遺跡，于1982年全面納入政府保護(hù)管理的范圍，歷經(jīng)三次大規(guī)模的保護(hù)工程，于2006年被國(guó)務(wù)院公布為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位，現(xiàn)有重點(diǎn)保護(hù)舊址23處，重點(diǎn)保護(hù)區(qū)面積為24.8萬(wàn)平方米。七三一部隊(duì)舊址作為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位，尚無(wú)機(jī)構(gòu)建立全面的、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的舊址保護(hù)檔案，用以記載不同時(shí)期舊址的狀況及周邊環(huán)境變遷等有關(guān)情況，這不能不說(shuō)是舊址保護(hù)利用的一種不足、一種缺憾。為此，筆者試圖通過(guò)全面調(diào)查七三一部隊(duì)本部舊址，用文字、圖片、圖表和圖紙的方式記錄七三一部隊(duì)舊址的保護(hù)歷程和保護(hù)狀況，并按照舊址的歷史功能將其分為本部基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、細(xì)菌實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)施、細(xì)菌武器研究生產(chǎn)設(shè)施、實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物飼育設(shè)施和宿舍區(qū)五部分進(jìn)行考察，對(duì)舊址的現(xiàn)存狀態(tài)、保護(hù)情況、利用情況、保護(hù)范圍和結(jié)構(gòu)安全進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)調(diào)查。如果單純探討舊址的基本狀況，不說(shuō)明七三一部隊(duì)的人體實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)等犯罪事實(shí)，便不能闡述清楚舊址的基本功能和整體狀況。為此，筆者將七三一部隊(duì)的歷史以及單體舊址保護(hù)的歷史進(jìn)行了必要的說(shuō)明。立足現(xiàn)存檔案同實(shí)地測(cè)量、拍照、繪圖相結(jié)合的全面調(diào)查，豐富了此前關(guān)于七三一部隊(duì)舊址的整體規(guī)模、平面布局和歷史功能的認(rèn)識(shí)，特別是新發(fā)現(xiàn)了養(yǎng)魚(yú)池、地下回水池等舊址，，這對(duì)進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展學(xué)術(shù)研究、陳列展示和價(jià)值評(píng)估提供了新的重要依據(jù)，對(duì)舊址下一步的整體勘探、測(cè)量發(fā)掘和保護(hù)利用具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The site of Army 731 is the largest research, experimental and manufacturing base for bacteriological weapons in the history of the world. It is an important modern historical site retained during the Japanese invasion of China. It was fully incorporated into the scope of government protection and management in 1982. After three large-scale conservation projects, it was announced by the State Council in 2006 as the national key cultural relic protection unit. There are 23 key protected sites and 248000 square meters of protected area. As the national key cultural relics protection units, the old sites of Army 731 have yet to establish comprehensive and standard archives for the protection of old sites, which are used to record the situation of the old sites in different periods and the changes in the surrounding environment, and so on. This cannot be said to be a deficiency in the protection and utilization of the old site. Therefore, the author attempts to record the course of protection and the status of protection of the old site of Force 731 by means of a comprehensive investigation of the site of the former Force 7331, using words, pictures, charts and drawings. According to the historical functions of the old site, it is divided into five parts: the infrastructure of this part, the bacteria experimental facility, the bacterial weapons research and production facility, the experimental animal breeding facility and the dormitory area, and the existing status and protection of the old site, Systematic investigation of utilization, scope of protection and structural safety. If we simply discuss the basic situation of the old site and do not explain the criminal facts of the human body experiment and bacteriological warfare of the army of 731, we will not be able to explain clearly the basic functions and the overall situation of the old site. Therefore, the author explains the history of unit 731 and the history of old site protection. The comprehensive investigation, based on the combination of existing archives with field surveys, photographs and drawings, has enriched the previous understanding of the overall scale, plane layout and historical functions of the old site of Army 731, especially the newly discovered fish ponds. It provides a new important basis for further academic research, display display and value evaluation. It is of great significance to the whole exploration, survey, excavation and protection of the old site.
