吳汝綸的人際關(guān)系與其教育思想的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系

【摘要】:吳汝綸是晚清重要的文學(xué)家、教育家,他終其一生都在積極探求西學(xué),介紹西學(xué),為我國近代教育事業(yè)奮斗不息。他于光緒壬寅五月東渡日本考察學(xué)制,總結(jié)并提出了一系列學(xué)制思想。在記錄這些思想的珍貴的文獻(xiàn)中,我們可以看到吳汝綸對我國近代學(xué)制以及學(xué)校教育所設(shè)計的藍(lán)圖。因此,吳汝綸可以稱得上是中國教育近代化的先驅(qū)。本文旨在研究吳汝綸一生較為重要的人物及與之形成的人際關(guān)系;通過對其人際關(guān)系的研究,探究它對吳汝綸教育思想所產(chǎn)生的深刻影響。這既有利于更全面深刻地了解吳汝綸,同時也對人際關(guān)系與學(xué)術(shù)思想內(nèi)在聯(lián)系的研究有補充完善的作用。 本文主要分為以下六個部分: 第一部分,主要介紹晚清的時代背景與吳汝綸的生平。其中,晚清的時代背景還包括晚清社會的人際關(guān)系背景及教育近代化的背景。 第二部分,重點介紹了吳汝綸“耕讀傳家”的家庭文化和這種文化對他教育思想的影響;同時也論述了吳汝綸的知己與貴人:同鄉(xiāng)方宗誠,對吳汝綸教育思想的影響。 吳汝綸自言“不輕師人”,生平稱師者,惟有三人,其中二人即是曾國藩和李鴻章。因此,第三部分,本文主要從曾國藩的政治觀、人才觀、治學(xué)觀等方面論述了曾國藩及其幕府對吳汝綸形成自己的教育思想。 第四部分,本文論述了李鴻章及其幕府對吳汝綸教育思想所產(chǎn)生的影響。李鴻章與曾國藩同是吳汝綸的老師,不過他們對吳汝綸的影響還是有時代和個人的差異性的。曾國藩對吳汝綸教育思想的影響是宏觀的、整體性的,他影響了吳汝綸的世界觀和人生觀,從而促進(jìn)了吳汝綸教育體系的形成;李鴻章是當(dāng)時洋務(wù)運動的主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一,他對吳汝綸的影響更側(cè)重于對吳汝綸教育近代化思想的熏陶漸染,比如李鴻章的洋務(wù)留學(xué)觀、實業(yè)西學(xué)觀等,對吳汝綸的教育近代化思想都有深刻的影響。 第五部分,主要論述吳汝綸的好友、西學(xué)大師嚴(yán)復(fù)對其教育近代化思想的影響。嚴(yán)復(fù)久居英國,對西方思想都有獨到的見解,這正是吳汝綸所需要的,因此,嚴(yán)復(fù)的思想對吳汝綸教育近代化思想也有深刻的影響。 結(jié)語部分,通過對吳汝綸與重要人物的人際關(guān)系探究,我們可以窺探到吳汝綸教育思想形成的發(fā)展軌跡。人際關(guān)系往往是我們在研究人物思想以及人物傳記中常常忽略的,但是人際關(guān)系對于人物性格、思維、情趣等各方面的影響又是極其深遠(yuǎn)的,所謂“物以類聚,人以群分”,只有在充分了解人物自身人際關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,才能更深刻地把握人物思想的形成。
[Abstract]:Wu Ru-lun was an important writer and educator in the late Qing Dynasty. He visited Japan in May and summed up and put forward a series of ideas on school system. In the valuable literature that records these thoughts, we can see Wu Ru-lun 's blueprint of modern school system and school education in our country. Therefore, Wu Ru-lun can be said to be a pioneer in the modernization of Chinese education. The purpose of this paper is to study Wu Ru-lun 's important personages and their interpersonal relationships in his life, and to explore its profound influence on Wu Ru-lun 's educational thought through the study of his interpersonal relationship. This is not only conducive to a more comprehensive and profound understanding of Wu Ru-lun, but also to the study of the internal relationship between interpersonal relations and academic thought. This paper is divided into the following six parts: The first part mainly introduces the background of the late Qing Dynasty and Wu Ru-lun 's life. Among them, the background of the late Qing Dynasty also includes the background of interpersonal relationship and the modernization of education. The second part mainly introduces Wu Ru-lun 's family culture and its influence on his educational thought, and at the same time discusses the influence of Wu Ru-lun 's confidant and nobleman, fellow countryman Fang Zongcheng, on Wu Ru-lun 's educational thought. Wu Ru-lun said from himself, "not light teachers", known as teachers, only three, two of them Zeng Guofan and Li Hongzhang. Therefore, the third part, this article mainly from Zeng Guofan's political view, the talented person view, the scholarship view and so on the aspect and so on elaborated Zeng Guofan and its shogunate forms own education thought to Wu Ru-lun. In the fourth part, this paper discusses the influence of Li Hongzhang and his shogunate on Wu Ru-lun 's educational thought. Li Hongzhang and Zeng Guofan are Wu Ru-lun 's teachers, but their influence on Wu Ru-lun is different in times and individuals. The influence of Zeng Guofan on Wu Ru-lun 's educational thought was macro and holistic. He influenced Wu Ru-lun 's world outlook and outlook on life, thus promoting the formation of Wu Ru-lun 's educational system. Li Hongzhang was one of the main leaders of the Westernization Movement at that time. His influence on Wu Ru-lun focused on the influence of Wu Ru-lun 's educational modernization thought, such as Li Hongzhang's view of studying abroad in Westernization, the view of industrial western learning and so on, which had a profound influence on Wu Ru-lun 's thought of educational modernization. The fifth part mainly discusses Wu Ru-lun 's good friend, western master Yan Fu's influence on his educational modernization thought. Yan Fu, who lived in England for a long time, has unique views on western thought, which is exactly what Wu Ru-lun needs. Therefore, Yan Fu's thought also has a profound influence on Wu Ru-lun 's educational modernization thought. In the conclusion part, by exploring the interpersonal relationship between Wu Ru-lun and important people, we can find out the development track of Wu Ru-lun 's educational thought. Interpersonal relationships are often ignored in the study of people's thoughts and biographies, but the impact of interpersonal relationships on character, thinking, and interest is extremely profound. Only on the basis of fully understanding the interpersonal relationship of the characters, can we grasp the formation of the characters' thoughts more deeply.
