【摘要】：社會(huì)動(dòng)員作為國家政黨引導(dǎo)民眾參與社會(huì)建設(shè)進(jìn)程的重要手段,在我國社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期都起著舉足輕重的作用。早在中國共產(chǎn)黨成立時(shí)期,我們黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人就高度重視社會(huì)動(dòng)員對(duì)社會(huì)進(jìn)步的推動(dòng)作用,并不斷用實(shí)踐證明,社會(huì)動(dòng)員是引導(dǎo)人民群眾投身社會(huì)建設(shè)促進(jìn)社會(huì)更好更快地向前發(fā)展的重要力量。在新中國成立初期,農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)是一場(chǎng)我國農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)村的社會(huì)主義改造運(yùn)動(dòng),是黨在過渡時(shí)期總路線的一個(gè)重要組成部分,通過動(dòng)員群眾走合作化的道路,逐步把分散的農(nóng)業(yè)個(gè)體經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變成社會(huì)主義的集體經(jīng)濟(jì),是我國農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的最初目的。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國人民走向社會(huì)主義道路,是我國近代史上最具有里程碑意義的大事件。社會(huì)主義制度的全面確立,鞏固了中國人民取得的民族獨(dú)立和解放的初步成績(jī)。所以,農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)推動(dòng)我國從新民主主義社會(huì)過渡到社會(huì)主義社會(huì)起到了無比重要的作用,這一巨大成功是我國歷史上速度與效果兼而有之的社會(huì)動(dòng)員實(shí)踐。因此,本文選擇從農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)這一歷史史實(shí),闡明了農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)代背景與社會(huì)基礎(chǔ),來分析社會(huì)動(dòng)員在社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的重大意義。本文首先概述了農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的演變歷程,揭示了農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)起的客觀必要性與歷史必然性,并借鑒前期的社會(huì)動(dòng)員經(jīng)驗(yàn),發(fā)動(dòng)廣大人民群眾投身到農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)中,展示了這一時(shí)期社會(huì)動(dòng)員手段在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治等各種因素影響下所體現(xiàn)出的歷史特點(diǎn)與局限性,并最終達(dá)到此次運(yùn)動(dòng)的最終目的——走向社會(huì)主義道路。本文在結(jié)構(gòu)上由六部分構(gòu)成。緒論部分道明了研究的背景、意義和現(xiàn)狀,本文在學(xué)科理論來源上的基本構(gòu)成,以及本文所使用的研究方法。正文的第一部分對(duì)社會(huì)動(dòng)員的相關(guān)概述進(jìn)行了闡述,解釋了社會(huì)動(dòng)員的含義、要素、功能和意義;第二部分從農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)為切入點(diǎn),分析了農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)代背景和歷史必然性,闡述了受各方面因素的影響,農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)演變的歷史過程和其根本實(shí)質(zhì)其實(shí)就是如何在滿目瘡痍的新中國政權(quán)建立時(shí)期,動(dòng)員最廣大人民進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義建設(shè),并逐步帶領(lǐng)人民走上社會(huì)主義道路;第三部分?jǐn)⑹隽嗽诮▏跗谖尹h發(fā)起的豐富的社會(huì)動(dòng)員實(shí)踐;第四部分著重于研究在農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)中社會(huì)動(dòng)員的具體實(shí)踐與取得的成績(jī);最后一部分總結(jié)了農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)中社會(huì)動(dòng)員實(shí)踐的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及對(duì)當(dāng)代社會(huì)動(dòng)員的現(xiàn)代啟示。
[Abstract]:As an important means for national political parties to guide people to participate in the process of social construction, social mobilization plays an important role in every historical period of social development in China. As early as the founding of the Communist Party of China, our party leaders attached great importance to the role of social mobilization in promoting social progress, and continued to prove it with practice. Social mobilization is an important force to guide people to join in social construction and promote the development of society better and faster. In the early days of the founding of New China, the agricultural cooperative movement was a socialist reform movement in agriculture and rural areas in China, and an important part of the Party's general line in the transitional period. By mobilizing the masses to take the road of co-operative transformation, It is the initial purpose of the agricultural cooperative movement in China to gradually transform the scattered agricultural individual economy into the socialist collective economy. Leading the Chinese people to the socialist road is the most landmark event in China's modern history. The establishment of the socialist system consolidated the Chinese people's initial achievements in national independence and liberation. Therefore, the agricultural cooperative movement has played an extremely important role in promoting China's transition from a new democratic society to a socialist society. This great success is a social mobilization practice with both speed and effect in the history of our country. Therefore, from the historical facts of the agricultural cooperative movement, this paper clarifies the background and social foundation of the agricultural cooperative movement to analyze the great significance of social mobilization in the process of social development. This paper first summarizes the evolution of the agricultural cooperative movement, reveals the objective necessity and historical inevitability of the agricultural cooperative movement, and draws lessons from the previous social mobilization experience. Mobilizing the broad masses to join in the agricultural cooperative movement shows the historical characteristics and limitations of social mobilization means under the influence of economic, political and other factors during this period. And finally achieve the ultimate goal of the movement-to the socialist road. The structure of this paper is composed of six parts. The introduction explains the background, significance and present situation of the research, the basic structure of the subject theory and the research methods used in this paper. The first part of the text describes the relevant overview of social mobilization, explains the meaning, elements, functions and significance of social mobilization; the second part from the agricultural cooperative movement as a starting point, This paper analyzes the historical background and historical inevitability of the agricultural cooperative movement, and expounds the historical process of the evolution of the agricultural cooperative movement and its fundamental essence, which is how to establish the new Chinese regime, which is scarred by the devastation, and the historical process of the evolution of the agricultural cooperative movement under the influence of various factors. The third part describes the rich practice of social mobilization initiated by our Party in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The fourth part focuses on the concrete practice and achievements of social mobilization in the agricultural cooperative movement, the last part summarizes the historical experience of the social mobilization practice in the agricultural cooperative movement and its modern enlightenment to the contemporary social mobilization.
