【摘要】： 新亞細亞學會由戴季陶、馬鶴天等人于1931年發(fā)起成立,為抗戰(zhàn)時期的典型邊疆研究團體。在十余年的發(fā)展歷程中,學會舉辦了一系列的活動:創(chuàng)辦《新亞細亞》月刊、出版叢書、舉辦邊疆文物展覽會,組織邊疆考察團,開辦東方語文班等。通過對邊疆與民族進行綜合考察,學會提出了整飭邊防、加強教育、移民實邊、發(fā)展交通等諸多邊疆建設意見。關于東方民族問題,他們亦給予高度關注,尤其是各國的民族解放運動與華僑狀況,并呼吁與東方民族加強溝通合作。學會的成立切合了當時國人要求保衛(wèi)邊疆、了解世界的客觀需要,推動了當時的邊疆研究高潮,被譽為抗戰(zhàn)時期四大邊疆研究團體之一。當然受歷史與階級等條件所限,學會亦不可避免地存在一些欠缺,如夸大宗教的作用、存在“大漢族主義”思想,將邊疆建設視為抵抗侵略的根本手段等。
[Abstract]:Founded in 1931 by Dai Jitao and Ma Hetian, the New Asian Society was a typical frontier research group during the War of Resistance against Japan. In the course of its development for more than ten years, the society held a series of activities: to establish the New Asia monthly, to publish a series of books, to hold frontier cultural relics exhibitions, to organize frontier study tours, and to open oriental language classes, and so on. Through a comprehensive investigation of the border areas and nationalities, the society has put forward many suggestions for border construction, such as rectifying border defense, strengthening education, immigrating real border areas, developing traffic, and so on. They also pay great attention to the issue of oriental nationalities, especially the national liberation movements and overseas Chinese in various countries, and call for strengthening communication and cooperation with oriental nationalities. The establishment of the Society was in line with the request of the people at that time to defend the frontier and understand the objective needs of the world, promoted the high tide of frontier research at that time, and was praised as one of the four frontier research groups during the War of Resistance against Japan. Of course, limited by the historical and class conditions, the society also inevitably has some deficiencies, such as exaggerating the role of religion, the existence of "Han" ideology, the border construction as a fundamental means to resist aggression, and so on.
