【摘要】：滿鐵作為近代日本設(shè)在中國(guó)東北最大的“國(guó)策會(huì)社”,從“九一八”事變到日本投降,幾乎全部參與了日本的侵華活動(dòng)。“九一八”事變后,滿鐵不但積極地配合關(guān)東軍策劃“華北自治”陰謀,還對(duì)關(guān)東軍炮制的塘沽“停戰(zhàn)協(xié)定”作出“解釋”,在對(duì)華北的侵略政策上主張采取漸進(jìn)的蠶食政策,并提出了“日滿經(jīng)濟(jì)華北集團(tuán)論”,其目的是為了壟斷華北經(jīng)濟(jì),為日本進(jìn)一步侵略華北提供基礎(chǔ)保障。
[Abstract]:As the largest national policy association in northeast China in modern Japan, Manchurian Railway almost participated in Japan's invasion of China from the September 18 incident to the surrender of Japan. After the "September 18" incident, Man tie not only actively cooperated with the Guandong Army in planning the "North China Autonomy" plot, but also "explained" the "Armistice Agreement" of Tanggu prepared by the Guandong Army, and advocated a gradual policy of encroachment on North China. The purpose of this paper is to monopolize the North China economy and to provide the basic guarantee for Japan's further invasion of North China.
