【摘要】：解放戰(zhàn)爭時期是國共兩黨決戰(zhàn)的關鍵時期，在雙方力量對比極其懸殊的情況下，對民心的爭取無疑十分必要。為此，中共發(fā)動了土地改革運動，解決了廣大農(nóng)民群眾的土地問題，成功的取得了農(nóng)民的支持。 作為中共所依靠的對象，，貧雇農(nóng)及其組織貧農(nóng)團，在激發(fā)廣大貧苦農(nóng)民的階級意識方面功不可沒。正是由于這種階級意識，使鄉(xiāng)村蘊藏的革命力量被激發(fā)出來，從而有力地支援了解放戰(zhàn)爭。同時，由于貧農(nóng)團在土改期間掌握了農(nóng)村的最高權力，貧雇農(nóng)走上了村莊的政治舞臺，打破了鄉(xiāng)村原有的權力結構，農(nóng)民有了參政議政意識。 但是，貧農(nóng)團在沖擊鄉(xiāng)村原有權力結構的同時，破壞鄉(xiāng)村的經(jīng)濟秩序，侵犯中農(nóng)等左傾錯誤一度造成了中農(nóng)恐慌貧農(nóng)不安，嚴重影響了農(nóng)民的生產(chǎn)積極性。有鑒于此，在土改基本完成，解放區(qū)的工作轉移到了恢復和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)上來后，貧農(nóng)團完成了其歷史使命，為具有更廣泛階級代表性的農(nóng)民代表大會及其委員會所取代。
[Abstract]:The war of liberation is the crucial period of the decisive battle between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. To this end, the Communist Party of China launched a land reform movement to solve the land problem of the broad masses of farmers, and succeeded in obtaining farmers' support. As the object of the Communist Party of China, the poor peasants and employed peasants and the organization of the poor peasant groups contributed to the class consciousness of the broad masses of poor peasants. It was because of this class consciousness that the revolutionary forces contained in the countryside were aroused, thus supporting the War of Liberation. At the same time, because the poor peasant group grasped the highest power in the countryside during the land reform, the poor peasants and the employed peasants stepped onto the political stage of the village, broke the original power structure of the countryside, and the peasants had the consciousness of participating in the government and discussing the government. However, while the poor peasant group was attacking the original power structure of the countryside, it destroyed the economic order of the village and violated the left-leaning errors such as the middle peasants, which once caused the middle peasants to panic. The poor peasants' unease has seriously affected the peasants' enthusiasm for production. In view of this, after the land reform was basically completed and the work in the liberated areas shifted to the restoration and development of production, the Poor Peasant League completed its historical mission, which was replaced by the peasant Congress and its committee, which have more extensive class representation.
