【摘要】：河南省礦產(chǎn)資源豐富,種類繁多且礦質(zhì)優(yōu)良,尤其焦作地區(qū)的無煙煤在近代中國的能源開采中占有重要的地位。清末以來,受列強(qiáng)資本的入侵,國人逐步認(rèn)識到煤礦業(yè)的重要性,焦作本地民族煤礦業(yè)得到迅速的發(fā)展。以胡汝麟、王摶沙為首的河南士紳為維護(hù)焦作煤炭主權(quán),肩負(fù)調(diào)和外交與民意的矛盾,保護(hù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的使命,厚集民族資本與地方政府的力量,組建中原煤礦股份有限公司。該公司歷經(jīng)數(shù)年軍閥混戰(zhàn)的跌宕,在南京國民政府時(shí)期地位趨于穩(wěn)固,通過南京國民政府對豫北礦務(wù)的整理,使其最終得以在夾縫中生存。中原煤礦股份有限公司是近代河南資本最雄厚的民族煤礦企業(yè),該公司不僅有嚴(yán)格的企業(yè)規(guī)章制度、在職工待遇、對礦業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)以及開采手段、方法與運(yùn)輸方式等方面都有明確的辦事細(xì)則與規(guī)定。中原公司在技術(shù)與企業(yè)運(yùn)營上,引進(jìn)西方先進(jìn)的器械與管理模式,探測并開發(fā)豫北地下資源,為全國工業(yè)化的發(fā)展提供了重要的原料和燃料,同時(shí)也改變了焦作地區(qū)人們的生活習(xí)俗與社會(huì)風(fēng)氣。從企業(yè)史的角度作為研究焦作煤炭發(fā)展史的切入點(diǎn),對該公司與晚清政府、外資、官紳、工人、學(xué)生以及南京國民政府的關(guān)系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的爬梳,以及因煤礦而催生的鐵路、公路等交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建構(gòu),公司內(nèi)部的資本構(gòu)成、運(yùn)作模式以及興衰原因的探討,多方面的展現(xiàn)中原煤礦股份有限公司(1906-1938)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。尤其是中原煤礦股份有限公司的發(fā)展深受當(dāng)時(shí)政治與社會(huì)因素的制約,經(jīng)歷了官商合辦與中外合辦的復(fù)雜局面,公司肩負(fù)辦社會(huì)的重任,促進(jìn)了焦作的城市化、工業(yè)化發(fā)展,對焦作的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,同時(shí),企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任一度使中原公司陷入各種困境之中,束縛了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is rich in mineral resources, various kinds and excellent mineral quality, especially anthracite in Jiaozuo area plays an important role in energy exploitation in modern China. Since the late Qing Dynasty, with the invasion of foreign capital, Chinese people gradually realized the importance of coal mining, and Jiaozuo national coal mining industry developed rapidly. In order to safeguard Jiaozuo's coal sovereignty, Henan gentry, headed by Hu Rudin and Wang Tuansha, shoulder the mission of reconciling the contradictions between diplomacy and public opinion, protecting local economic development, and gathering the strength of national capital and local government. Set up Zhongyuan Coal Mine Co., Ltd. After several years of melee of warlords, the company became stable in the period of Nanjing National Government. Through the arrangement of mining affairs in the north of Henan Province, the company could finally survive in the gap. Zhongyuan Coal Mine Co., Ltd. is the most abundant national coal mining enterprise in modern Henan Province. The company not only has strict enterprise rules and regulations, but also has strict rules and regulations, treatment of workers, training of mining talents and mining methods. Methods and transportation methods and other aspects have clear rules and regulations. In terms of technology and enterprise operation, Zhongyuan Company introduced advanced western instruments and management models, explored and developed underground resources in the north of Henan Province, and provided important raw materials and fuels for the development of industrialization in the whole country. At the same time, it also changed the people's living customs and social ethos in Jiaozuo area. From the angle of enterprise history, as a starting point to study the history of Jiaozuo coal development, this paper systematically combed the relationship between the company and the late Qing government, foreign capital, government gentry, workers, students and the Nanjing National Government, as well as the railway produced by coal mines. The construction of highway and other traffic network, the internal capital structure, the operation mode and the reasons of rise and fall, and the development of Zhongyuan Coal Mine Co., Ltd. (1906-1938). In particular, the development of Zhongyuan Coal Mine Co., Ltd. was restricted by the political and social factors at that time, and experienced the complicated situation of the joint cooperation between the government and the Chinese and foreign companies. The company shouldered the important task of running the society and promoted the urbanization and industrialization development of Jiaozuo. The economic structure of Jiaozuo has had a profound influence, at the same time, the social responsibility of the enterprise once made the Zhongyuan company fall into various difficulties, which restricted the development of the enterprise.
