【摘要】：陜甘寧邊區(qū)自1937年9月建立至1949年底撤銷,歷時(shí)十二余年。很長時(shí)間以來,以延安為中心的陜甘寧邊區(qū)一直是黨中央的所在地,黨中央的許多重大戰(zhàn)略決策和發(fā)展建設(shè)舉措都是在此制定并率先推廣實(shí)施。當(dāng)時(shí),陜甘寧邊區(qū)政府相繼舉行了農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、軍事、美術(shù)、衛(wèi)生等主題多樣、內(nèi)容豐富的展覽會(huì)。這些展覽會(huì)的舉辦在推進(jìn)邊區(qū)工農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化建設(shè)、普及科技醫(yī)療知識(shí)、堅(jiān)定軍民抗戰(zhàn)信心等方面發(fā)揮了顯著作用,無論是對(duì)根據(jù)地的建設(shè)發(fā)展,還是對(duì)持久抗戰(zhàn)都產(chǎn)生了積極的影響和深遠(yuǎn)的意義。本文在對(duì)解放前陜甘寧邊區(qū)的展覽會(huì)發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)展覽會(huì)對(duì)邊區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展所起到的重要作用以及重要意義進(jìn)行了研究探討。全文共分五章：第一章是緒論,介紹本課題國內(nèi)外研究情況、選題的意義和價(jià)值、研究重難點(diǎn)、研究思路與方法并對(duì)重要概念和時(shí)間加以界定。第二章介紹了陜甘寧邊區(qū)展覽會(huì)的背景和興起,對(duì)展覽會(huì)舉辦的背景,興起和逐步發(fā)展的過程進(jìn)行了介紹。第三章從展覽會(huì)的舉辦主體、組織籌備過程、宣傳動(dòng)員、會(huì)展布置、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)表彰五個(gè)方面對(duì)展覽會(huì)的組織和運(yùn)作工作進(jìn)行了論述。第四章按照展覽會(huì)不同的主題,對(duì)展覽會(huì)進(jìn)行了分類研究,對(duì)各類展覽會(huì)的類型和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了探討。第五章對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)展覽會(huì)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),認(rèn)為陜甘寧邊區(qū)政府通過展覽會(huì)這一直觀生動(dòng)的展宣方式,展示了邊區(qū)的發(fā)展成就,指明了邊區(qū)的發(fā)展方向,展現(xiàn)了邊區(qū)政府破除萬難建設(shè)發(fā)展邊區(qū)的堅(jiān)定信念,鼓舞了邊區(qū)軍民建設(shè)邊區(qū)的熱情和信心,為邊區(qū)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展壯大,最終贏得抗戰(zhàn)的勝利打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Shanghansu-Ningxia Border region was established in September 1937 and abolished at the end of 1949, which lasted more than 12 years. For a long time, the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region, with Yan'an as the center, has always been the seat of the Party Central Committee, and many of the Party Central Committee's major strategic decisions and development and construction measures have been formulated and first popularized and implemented here. At that time, the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region government held agriculture, industry, military, art, hygiene and other topics, rich in content exhibitions. The holding of these exhibitions has played a significant role in promoting industrial and agricultural development, economic and cultural construction, popularizing scientific, technological and medical knowledge, and strengthening the confidence of the military and the people in the War of Resistance against Japan in the Border region, regardless of whether it is the construction and development of the base areas. Or to the long-lasting war of resistance has had a positive impact and far-reaching significance. Based on the literature review on the history of exhibition development in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region before liberation, this paper makes a study on the important role and significance of the exhibition in the economic and social development of the Border region. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research situation at home and abroad, the significance and value of the topic, the research emphasis and difficulty, the research ideas and methods, and defines the important concepts and time. The second chapter introduces the background and the rising of the exhibition in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region, and introduces the background, the rise and the gradual development of the exhibition. The third chapter discusses the organization and operation of the exhibition from five aspects: the main body of the exhibition, the organizing process, the propaganda and mobilization, the exhibition arrangement and the reward and recognition. In chapter four, according to the different themes of the exhibition, the classification of the exhibition is studied, and the types and contents of all kinds of exhibitions are discussed. The fifth chapter summarizes the historical experience of the exhibition of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region, and concludes that the government of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region displays the achievements of the Border region and points out the direction of the development of the Border region through the exhibition. It shows the firm belief that the government of the border region can break down the construction and development of the border area, invigorates the enthusiasm and confidence of building the border region between the army and the people, and lays a solid foundation for the further development and expansion of the border region and the final victory in the War of Resistance against Japan.
