【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)出兵東北的時間雖然不長，但卻很有研究價值。蘇聯(lián)出兵東北既是中蘇關(guān)系史研究的重要內(nèi)容，也是研究戰(zhàn)后遠(yuǎn)東國際關(guān)系必然涉及的一個重要問題；而蘇聯(lián)出兵與東北革命根據(jù)地的建立，又是整個解放戰(zhàn)爭時期中蘇兩黨關(guān)系研究的重要內(nèi)容。 蘇聯(lián)出兵東北加速了日本帝國主義投降的歷史進(jìn)程，，對抗戰(zhàn)勝利后中國革命形勢的發(fā)展也產(chǎn)生了重大影響，客觀上為中國共產(chǎn)黨創(chuàng)建東北革命根據(jù)地搭建了平臺。受《中蘇友好同盟條約》的限制，蘇聯(lián)對中國共產(chǎn)黨在東北的活動加以一定程度的限制，但同時又采取同情和默認(rèn)的態(tài)度對待中國共產(chǎn)黨軍隊在東北地區(qū)的活動，并為中國共產(chǎn)黨建立鞏固的東北根據(jù)地提供了大量的物資與軍事上的援助。 本文從蘇聯(lián)出兵東北這一歷史事件入手，通過史料在對蘇聯(lián)出兵東北的歷史背景及其原因、蘇聯(lián)出兵對國共兩黨爭奪東北的影響進(jìn)行了較為全面、深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上，重點分析了蘇聯(lián)出兵對東北根據(jù)地建立的作用與影響。認(rèn)為蘇聯(lián)出兵東北對中國共產(chǎn)黨創(chuàng)建東北革命根據(jù)既有消極影響，也有積極的作用。中國共產(chǎn)黨正是充分利用了蘇軍進(jìn)駐東北為東北革命根據(jù)地建立提供的諸多有利因素，制定了“向北發(fā)展、向南防御”、“讓開大路、占領(lǐng)兩廂”科學(xué)靈活的戰(zhàn)略策略方針，克服蘇聯(lián)對中國共產(chǎn)黨軍隊在東北活動加以限制的消極影響，成功實現(xiàn)了建立東北革命根據(jù)地的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，從而解放戰(zhàn)爭的勝利奠定了重要的后方基礎(chǔ)，加速了解放戰(zhàn)爭勝利的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Although the Soviet Union sent troops to northeast China for a short time, it was of great research value. The Soviet Union sent troops to the Northeast, which is not only an important part of the study on the history of Sino-Soviet relations, but also an important issue that must be involved in the study of international relations in the far East after the war. It is also an important part of the study on the relationship between the two parties during the War of Liberation. The Soviet Union sent troops to Northeast China to speed up the historical process of Japanese imperialism surrender, and also had a great influence on the development of Chinese revolutionary situation after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, which objectively set up a platform for the Communist Party of China to establish the northeast revolutionary base area. Limited by the Treaty of Friendship and Alliance between China and the Soviet Union, the Soviet Union imposed certain restrictions on the activities of the Communist Party of China in the Northeast, but at the same time adopted a sympathetic and tacit attitude towards the activities of the Communist Party of China's army in the Northeast. And provided a large amount of material and military assistance for the Communist Party of China to establish a consolidated northeast base area. Starting with the historical event of sending troops from the Soviet Union to Northeast China, this paper analyzes the historical background and causes of sending troops from the Soviet Union and the influence of the Soviet Union on the struggle between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party for the Northeast, on the basis of in-depth analysis. The role and influence of Soviet troops on the establishment of northeast base area were analyzed. It is believed that the Soviet Union sent troops to Northeast China, which has both negative influence and positive effect on the Communist Party of China to establish the Northeast Revolution. The Communist Party of China made full use of the many favorable factors provided by the Soviet troops stationed in the Northeast for the establishment of the northeast revolutionary base area, and formulated a scientific and flexible strategic and strategic policy of "developing northward, defending to the south", "making way to the main road and occupying the two chambers". Overcoming the negative influence of the Soviet Union on the activities of the Communist Party of China troops in the Northeast, the strategic goal of establishing the northeast revolutionary base area was successfully realized, and thus the victory of the liberation war laid an important rear base. The victory in the War of Liberation was accelerated.
