【摘要】：民國時期,政府對農(nóng)田水利建設予以了一定程度的重視,統(tǒng)一了水政,頒布了《水利法》,制定了抗戰(zhàn)時期農(nóng)田水利建設的方針、綱領和戰(zhàn)后發(fā)展計劃,并由中央和地方政府撥款,對農(nóng)田水利事業(yè)予以扶持,新建、改建、擴建了許多農(nóng)田水利工程,增加了灌溉面積,提高了農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量,增加了農(nóng)民收益,為抗戰(zhàn)提供了軍需民食,也為新中國成立后農(nóng)田水利建設奠定了一定基礎。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, the government paid a certain degree of attention to the construction of farmland and water conservancy, unified the water administration, promulgated the water conservancy law, formulated the policy of water conservancy construction in the period of the Anti Japanese War, the programme and the postwar development plan, and provided the funds from the central and local governments, supported the farmland water conservancy project, built up, rebuilt and expanded a lot of farmland water conservancy workers. It increased the irrigation area, raised the crop yield, increased the farmers' income, provided the military demand for the Anti Japanese War, and laid a certain foundation for the construction of farmland water conservancy after the founding of the new China.
