【摘要】:山西革命根據(jù)地(中共抗日根據(jù)地及解放區(qū))的社會教育是在抗戰(zhàn)與中共革命的大背景下實(shí)施的,具有鮮明的戰(zhàn)時(shí)性和工具性特點(diǎn),即社會教育必須為全民抗戰(zhàn)和中共革命的現(xiàn)實(shí)服務(wù)。社會教育內(nèi)容包括政治教育、文化教育、生活教育三大方面。其不僅傳授知識于根據(jù)地民眾,亦通過社會教育改變民眾的精神文化面貌,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村社會權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)的變革。研究其內(nèi)在組織機(jī)理并總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),不僅有助于我們觀察根據(jù)地社會建設(shè)和政權(quán)建設(shè)的全景,亦可為當(dāng)代社會教育提供某些歷史啟示。本文遵循“讓歷史說話、用史實(shí)發(fā)言”的宗旨,通過分析大量原始檔案資料,力圖展現(xiàn)山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育之原貌,試圖跳出以往“政策——效果”的傳統(tǒng)研究范式,將更多關(guān)注點(diǎn)聚焦于基層社會教育在根據(jù)地鄉(xiāng)村的具體運(yùn)行、社會教育對普通群眾的施教效果、群眾對社會教育接受過程等方面,將“自下而上”與“自上而下”的研究方法有機(jī)結(jié)合,使研究有“筋骨”有“血肉”。本文正文從以下幾方面論述:第一章概述了抗戰(zhàn)之前中國社會教育的整體發(fā)展脈絡(luò),梳理了戰(zhàn)前山西社會教育發(fā)展的基本情形。第二章考察了山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育的實(shí)施背景。在山西革命根據(jù)地建立之前,蘇區(qū)與陜甘寧邊區(qū)社會教育已取得顯著效果并形成諸多可供借鑒的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。蘇區(qū)與陜甘寧邊區(qū)教育是以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),將馬克思主義教育原理與中國具體實(shí)際相結(jié)合的一種全新的教育,其教育思想核心是教育為政治經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)、教育與生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)相結(jié)合、用共產(chǎn)主義思想教育人民群眾、依靠人民群眾辦學(xué)。蘇區(qū)社會教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)為山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育提供了有益借鑒。第三章闡釋了山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育的制度安排,主要圍繞社會教育的方針政策、行政機(jī)構(gòu)、組織機(jī)理三方面展開論述。第四章檢視了山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐,重點(diǎn)分析了識字教育的相關(guān)方針政策、運(yùn)行措施,冬學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)起、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、目標(biāo)任務(wù)、教學(xué)方法、教育內(nèi)容、實(shí)施效果,以及學(xué)校兼辦社會教育、中共在敵占區(qū)的社會教育等,其中既有對創(chuàng)新模式——兒童冬學(xué)的個(gè)案研究,亦有對其他社會教育施教機(jī)構(gòu)如民眾學(xué)校、民族革命室、民教館、俱樂部、大眾黑板報(bào),以及以往研究中鮮少論及的人民文化館、文化合作社、冬學(xué)運(yùn)輸隊(duì)、五臺山喇嘛社會教育、學(xué)習(xí)站等的探討。第五章研究了山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育義務(wù)教員和教材。教師和教材是社會教育的基本要素,山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育的教師稱之為義務(wù)教員,其是教師存在于根據(jù)地時(shí)期的一種特殊形式。本章從義務(wù)教員的選拔培訓(xùn)、學(xué)歷水平、階級成分、模范教員評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、師資培訓(xùn)班等方面對社會教育的義務(wù)教員進(jìn)行了分析。社會教育教材是社會教育目標(biāo)及任務(wù)的文字化展現(xiàn),筆者對教材的篇章安排、內(nèi)容選定、編排方法、課后練習(xí)題、以及講授方法等方面做了詳盡論述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了歸納:即內(nèi)容通俗易懂,貼近鄉(xiāng)村民眾日常生活;篇章安排逐級遞進(jìn),符合認(rèn)知規(guī)律;運(yùn)用唱詞、插圖等形式豐富教材內(nèi)容;宣傳中共方針政策與緊密配合根據(jù)地中心工作等。第六章闡述了山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育的兩個(gè)“特點(diǎn)”。具體而言,即從農(nóng)村戲劇團(tuán)和女性社會教育兩方面展開論述。農(nóng)村戲劇團(tuán)是通俗化、大眾化的重要社教機(jī)構(gòu),其用群眾喜聞樂見的藝術(shù)形式進(jìn)行宣傳。農(nóng)村戲劇團(tuán)通過演出教育群眾,并鼓勵(lì)群眾積極參與到戲劇團(tuán)宣傳中,演出劇目豐富多彩,農(nóng)村戲劇團(tuán)深受群眾喜愛,劇團(tuán)數(shù)量迅速增加。女性社會教育通過對婦女進(jìn)行教育,使得女性獲得解放,社會和家庭地位得到提升;關(guān)注女性婚姻,鼓勵(lì)女性婚姻自主;對婦女進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)、擁軍和優(yōu)抗教育,取得極好效果。第七章剖析了影響山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育的因素。努力突破學(xué)界傳統(tǒng)的研究視角,從山西革命根據(jù)地戰(zhàn)爭形勢的變化、中心工作的轉(zhuǎn)化、群眾團(tuán)體配合、學(xué)員自身努力、“精兵簡政”和“三查三整”的影響等五個(gè)方面考察了其對山西革命根據(jù)地社會教育的影響,探究了各因素與根據(jù)地社會教育之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The social education in the revolutionary base area of Shanxi (the Anti Japanese base area of the Communist Party of China and Jiefang District) is carried out under the background of the Anti Japanese War and the Communist Party Revolution. It has distinct wartime and instrumental features, that is, social education must serve the reality of the whole people's resistance to the war and the Communist revolution. The content of social education includes political education, culture and education, and life education three Not only does it impart knowledge to the people of the base area, but also changes the people's spiritual and cultural features through social education, and then promotes the transformation of the traditional rural social power structure. The study of its internal organizational mechanism and summing up its experience and lessons will not only help us to observe the panoramic view of the construction of the base area and the construction of the political power, but also for the present time. The fourth chapter examines the operation practice of the social education in the revolutionary base areas of Shanxi.
