【摘要】：袁世凱"開缺回籍養(yǎng)疴"三年是晚清史上的重大事件,但由于后來的一系列政治變化,袁世凱"開缺"的真實原因逐漸被遮蔽,"回籍"、"養(yǎng)疴"的真相也越來越模糊。其實,如果仔細排比新舊史料,重現(xiàn)當(dāng)年歷史場景,很容易發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)說法具有很強的政治暗示,屬于政敵或不明真相者有意無意的歪曲、抹黑。而袁世凱及其部屬、友朋后來又因為"帝制自為"等因素,也不便為其辯誣,將錯就錯,鑄就了人們所熟知的袁世凱形象。其實,袁世凱"開缺"沒有那么多陰謀,他離開北京返回故里的故事更沒有傳統(tǒng)描述的那樣扣人心弦。"養(yǎng)疴"期間,袁世凱并不是被禁錮,他一方面安心養(yǎng)病,操持實業(yè),另一方面與朝野各界保持著必要的聯(lián)系,這也為他后來的再度出山埋下了伏筆。
[Abstract]:It is an important event in the history of the late Qing Dynasty for Yuan Shikai to "open and return home" for three years, but due to a series of political changes, the real reasons of "opening and lack" of Yuan Shikai are gradually obscured, and the truth of "returning home" and "raising disease" is becoming more and more obscure. In fact, if we carefully compare the new and the old historical materials and recreate the historical scenes of those years, it is easy to find that the traditional saying has very strong political implications, and those who belong to political opponents or those who do not know the truth are deliberately or unintentionally distorted and smeared. Yuan Shikai and his subordinates, friends and friends later because of such factors as "monarchy," and other factors, also inconvenient to argue for its falsehood, will be wrong, casting the well-known image of Yuan Shikai. In fact, Yuan Shikai's "opening and missing" did not have so many conspiracies, and his story of leaving Beijing to return to his hometown was less gripping than the traditional description. " During the period of illness, Yuan Shikai was not imprisoned. On the one hand, he took care of illness and industry, on the other hand, he maintained the necessary contact with all circles of government and opposition, which also laid the groundwork for his coming out again.
