【摘要】：青年是國家的未來和民族的希望,關注未來,就要關注青年。中國共產(chǎn)黨自誕生之日起,就十分重視與青年群體相關的各項工作。延安時期正值抗日戰(zhàn)爭最艱苦和解放戰(zhàn)爭國共力量對比懸殊的時期,它開始于紅軍結束長征到達陜北之時,當時正值華北事變爆發(fā)不久,社會矛盾及其復雜且相互交織,廣大青年肩負救國救民重大使命。延安時期也是黨的青年工作得到快速發(fā)展、并逐步走向成熟的重要時期,這一時期黨的青年工作對于動員廣大青年參加民族救亡運動、不斷推動革命形勢向前發(fā)展起到了不可磨滅的作用。 延安時期黨的青年工作大致可以分為三個發(fā)展階段：抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前黨以建立抗日救國民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線為中心開展的青年工作；全民族抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期為不斷擴大抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線開展的青年工作；以及全民族解放戰(zhàn)爭時期黨在與國民黨爭取青年的正面較量中開展的青年工作。 延安時期黨的青年工作取得了舉世矚目的成績,積累了許多寶貴的歷史經(jīng)驗：必須重視并加強黨的領導,始終把堅定青年正確的政治方向擺在第一位；必須抓住重點,圍繞黨的中心任務開展青年工作；必須注意青年的特點,代表和反映青年的利益和要求；在群眾斗爭的大風大浪中培養(yǎng)青年,積極引導知識青年走與工農(nóng)群眾相結合的道路,等等。 雖然延安時期已成過去,時代已經(jīng)歷巨大的變遷,當代青年所擔負的歷史使命也已發(fā)生巨大的改變,但是延安時期黨開展青年工作留給我們的歷史經(jīng)驗,對于當代黨的青年工作仍然有著很大的啟示作用。首先,黨的青年工作必須堅持以馬克思主義理論為指導；其次,必須堅持與時俱進,協(xié)調長遠性和階段性奮斗目標的統(tǒng)一；再次,必須堅持順勢應變,不斷創(chuàng)新青年工作的途徑與方法；還有,必須堅守“始終代表廣大青年,贏得廣大青年,依靠廣大青年”的基本理念。 黨的青年工作是一個復雜的系統(tǒng)工程。尤其在進入21世紀以來,新的時代條件下,黨的青年工作優(yōu)勢與挑戰(zhàn)并存。這需要黨的青年工作的開展更加科學合理、更加合乎時代和青年群體的新要求。
[Abstract]:Youth is the future of the country and the hope of the nation, attention to the future, we should pay attention to youth. Since the birth of the Communist Party of China, it has attached great importance to the work related to youth groups. The Yan'an period coincided with the most arduous period of the War of Resistance against Japan and the great disparity between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in the War of Liberation. It began when the Red Army arrived in northern Shaanxi after the long March, when the North China incident broke out and the social contradictions and social contradictions were complicated and intertwined with each other. The vast number of young people shoulder the great mission of saving the nation and saving the people. The Yanan period was also an important period in which the youth work of the Party was rapidly developed and gradually matured. During this period, the youth work of the Party contributed to the mobilization of the vast number of young people to participate in the national salvation movement. Constantly pushing the revolutionary situation forward has played an indelible role. The youth work of the Party in Yan'an period can be roughly divided into three stages: before the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan the youth work carried out by the Party centered on the establishment of an anti-Japanese national United front for national salvation; The youth work carried out by the whole nation during the War of Resistance against Japan for the continuous expansion of the anti-Japanese national United front, and the youth work carried out by the Party in the direct contest with the Kuomintang in the war of national liberation. During the period of Yan'an, the Party's youth work achieved remarkable results and accumulated many valuable historical experiences: we must attach importance to and strengthen the leadership of the Party, always put the correct political direction of the young people at the top of the list, and must grasp the key points. We must carry out youth work around the Party's central tasks; we must pay attention to the characteristics of young people, represent and reflect their interests and requirements; train young people in the midst of the great storm of mass struggle; and actively guide the educated youth along the road of integrating workers and peasants with the masses. Wait. Although the period of Yan'an has passed, the times have undergone tremendous changes, and the historical mission of contemporary youth has also undergone tremendous changes, the historical experience left by the Party in carrying out youth work during the period of Yan'an has left us with a great deal of historical experience. Still has very big enlightenment function to the youth work of contemporary party. First, the Party's youth work must be guided by Marxist theory; secondly, it must keep pace with the times and coordinate the unity of long-term and phased objectives; thirdly, it must adhere to the trend of change. In addition, we must stick to the basic idea of "always representing, winning and relying on the vast number of young people". The youth work of the Party is a complex systematic project. Especially in the 21st century, under the new era, the Party's youth work advantages and challenges coexist. This needs the development of the Party's youth work more scientific and reasonable, more in line with the new requirements of the times and youth groups.
