【摘要】：淮軍作為晚清重要的國防力量之一,在中國近代史上占有舉足輕重的地位。肥西縣是淮軍的重要起源地之一,肥西地區(qū)淮軍名將輩出,涌現(xiàn)出一大批如劉銘傳、張樹聲、周盛波等著名將領(lǐng)。他們不僅作戰(zhàn)勇猛,在保衛(wèi)國家,抗擊侵略者的斗爭做出過不磨滅的貢獻(xiàn),同時也為家鄉(xiāng)留下了大量珍貴的文化遺產(chǎn)。這些文化遺產(chǎn)是當(dāng)?shù)刂匾幕Y源,為研究淮軍的歷史提供了重要的資料。筆者的家鄉(xiāng)在肥西縣銘傳鄉(xiāng),這里擁有豐富的肥西淮軍圩堡文化遺產(chǎn)。因此懷著對家鄉(xiāng)美好文化資源的熱愛以及對淮軍圩堡文化的研究興趣,筆者選擇肥西淮軍圩堡作為研究對象,在現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,對肥西縣境內(nèi)保存較為完好的淮軍圩堡遺存進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,做好拍照,采訪等記錄。在研究過程中運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法分析法和跨學(xué)科分析法,并借鑒其它相關(guān)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗,對肥西縣的淮軍圩堡文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與利用進(jìn)行探討。文章共分為四個部分。第一部分是緒論。主要介紹研究背景、內(nèi)容、目的、方法、意義等。第二部分是肥西淮軍歷史概述。本章先概述了淮軍的發(fā)展歷史,進(jìn)而選取淮軍起源地之一肥西縣作為考察對象,通過對肥西籍淮軍將領(lǐng)的生平事跡簡要介紹,體現(xiàn)出肥西淮軍將領(lǐng)在淮軍發(fā)展歷程中的重要地位和作用。第三部分是肥西淮軍圩堡文化遺產(chǎn)的空間分布及介紹。本章筆者根據(jù)所調(diào)研的資料,選取當(dāng)?shù)鼐哂械湫偷?保存較為完淮軍圩堡文化遺存進(jìn)行介紹。肥西籍淮軍將領(lǐng)們結(jié)束了征戰(zhàn)生涯,解甲歸田回到家鄉(xiāng)之后,均在家鄉(xiāng)大興土木,修祠建宅,形成了皖中的特色建筑—一江淮圩堡群。但由于歷史原因,大多數(shù)圩堡早已破落不堪。目前肥西縣現(xiàn)存的圩堡大約有七十多座,它們分布在肥西縣境內(nèi)。具有代表性的有劉老圩、張老圩、張新圩、蟠龍墩圩、周老圩、唐老圩等。其中劉老圩在肥西淮軍圩堡群中是最具代表性的典型,也是肥西淮軍圩堡群中保護(hù)和利用相對較好的。第四部分是肥西淮軍圩堡文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與利用,本章首先簡要探討肥西淮軍文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與規(guī)劃利用概況,保護(hù)利用方面存在的諸多問題,針對這些問題,結(jié)合周邊相關(guān)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、利用的現(xiàn)狀及政策法規(guī),筆者選取淮軍圩堡文化遺產(chǎn)管理層面和技術(shù)保護(hù)措施層面這兩個角度,對肥西淮軍文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)利用提出一些適當(dāng)可行的建議。
[Abstract]:Huai Army, as one of the important national defense forces in the late Qing Dynasty, played an important role in the modern history of China. Feixi County is one of the most important places of origin of Huai Army, and famous generals such as Liu Mingchuan, Zhang Shusheng, Zhou Shengbo emerged in large numbers in Fexi area. They not only fought bravely, in the defense of the country, the struggle against the invaders made indelible contributions, but also left a large number of precious cultural heritage home. These cultural heritage are important local cultural resources and provide important information for the study of Huai Army's history. My hometown in Feixi County, Mingchuan Township, here has a rich Huai Weibao Feixi cultural heritage. Therefore, with the love of beautiful cultural resources in my hometown and my interest in the study of Huai Jun Wei Bao culture, the author chooses Huai Jun Wei Bao in Feixi as the research object, and based on the existing literature, In Feixi County, the relatively well-preserved Huai Jun Wei Fort remains of the field investigation, photographs, interviews and other records. In the course of the research, the paper discusses the protection and utilization of Huai Jun Wei Bao cultural heritage in Huai Jun Wei Bao County by using literature analysis method and interdisciplinary analysis method, and drawing on the advanced experience of other related cultural heritage conservation and utilization. The article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. This paper introduces the background, content, purpose, method and significance of the research. The second part is an overview of the history of the Huai Army in Feixi. This chapter first summarizes the development history of Huai Army, and then selects Feixi County, one of the origin of Huai Army, as the object of investigation, and introduces briefly the life stories of Huai Army generals from Feixi. It reflects the important position and role of the generals in the development of Huai Army. The third part is the spatial distribution and introduction of Huai Jun Wei Bao's cultural heritage. In this chapter, according to the investigation data, select the typical local preservation of Huai Jun Wei Bao cultural relics to be introduced. Feixi Huai generals ended their war career, and after Xie returned to his hometown, they all built civil works and built houses in their hometown, forming a unique building in the middle of Anhui Province, a group of Jianghuai Weibao. However, due to historical reasons, most castles are already in ruins. At present, there are about 70 Weibao in Feixi County, which are distributed in Feixi County. Representative are Liu Lao Wei, Zhang Lao Wei, Zhang Xin Wei, Panlong Dun Wei, Zhou Lao Wei, Tang Lao Wei and so on. Among them, Liu Laoxu is the most representative model of Huai Jun Bao group in the west of Feoxi, and it is also a relatively good protection and utilization in the Huai Jun Bao group in the west of Feixi. The fourth part is the protection and utilization of the cultural heritage of Huai Jun Wei Bao in Fexi Huai. Firstly, this chapter briefly discusses the general situation of protection and planning and utilization of the cultural heritage of Huai military in Feixi, and the problems existing in the protection and utilization of the cultural heritage, aiming at these problems. Combined with the related cultural heritage protection, utilization status and policies and regulations, the author chooses Huai Jun Wei Bao cultural heritage management level and technical protection measures level these two angles, Some feasible suggestions are put forward for the protection and utilization of the cultural heritage of Huai Army in Feixi.
