【摘要】：思想政治教育是我黨的政治優(yōu)勢和優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),也是黨的一切工作的生命線。解放戰(zhàn)爭時期,對思想政治工作的高度重視及其所取得的光輝業(yè)績的這種一致性,充分證明了做好思想政治工作是取得革命與建設事業(yè)勝利的根本保障。本文總結了解放戰(zhàn)爭時期思想政治教育導向功能的豐富經(jīng)驗,并加以理論提升,以切實增強現(xiàn)階段思想政治工作的實效性。 黨的思想政治教育導向功能,是通過啟發(fā)、動員、教育、批評等方式,有效地引導人們正確的思想和行為,它包括政治導向、理論導向和行為導向。黨從創(chuàng)立之初對思想政治教育的不斷探索和實踐奠定了基礎,黨中央領導人在理論和實踐上的貢獻,以及密切聯(lián)系群眾是解放戰(zhàn)爭時期黨的思想政治教育導向功能取得成功的主要原因。總結解放戰(zhàn)爭時期充分發(fā)揮黨的思想政治教育導向功能的經(jīng)驗,包括緊密圍繞黨的中心任務開展思想政治教育,加強執(zhí)政黨的理論水平建設,與時俱進進行思想政治教育,在繼承馬克思列寧主義的同時努力創(chuàng)新,始終堅持為人民服務的理念,樹立思想政治教育的典范以及發(fā)揮榜樣的力量,立足工農(nóng),團結一切可以團結的力量進行思想政治教育等,這些都是值得新時期發(fā)揮思想政治教育的導向功能借鑒和發(fā)揚的寶貴經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is our party's political advantages and fine traditions, but also the lifeline of all the Party's work. During the War of Liberation, the great attention paid to ideological and political work and the consistency of its brilliant achievements fully proved that doing ideological and political work well is the fundamental guarantee for the victory of revolution and construction. This paper summarizes the rich experience of the guiding function of ideological and political education during the War of Liberation and promotes it theoretically in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work at the present stage. The guiding function of the Party's ideological and political education is to effectively guide people's correct thinking and behavior by means of inspiration, mobilization, education and criticism. It includes political orientation, theoretical guidance and behavioral orientation. From the beginning of its founding, the Party has laid a foundation for the constant exploration and practice of ideological and political education, and the leaders of the Party Central Committee have made contributions in theory and practice. And close contact with the masses is the main reason for the success of the guiding function of the Party's ideological and political education during the War of Liberation. Summing up the experience of giving full play to the guiding function of the Party's ideological and political education during the War of Liberation, including carrying out ideological and political education closely around the Party's central task, strengthening the theoretical level of the ruling party, and carrying out ideological and political education with the times. While inheriting Marxism-Leninism, we should strive to innovate, always adhere to the concept of serving the people, set up a model of ideological and political education and give full play to the power of example, and base ourselves on the workers and peasants. Uniting all the forces that can unite to carry out ideological and political education and so on, these are valuable experiences which are worthy of giving full play to the guiding function of ideological and political education in the new period.
