【摘要】：當(dāng)前,廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的建設(shè)正在如火如荼地進(jìn)行中。本文著眼于歷史上的北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū),尤其是對近代時期這一地域商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成歷程進(jìn)行探討,以期能為當(dāng)今的政策實施提供一些有益的歷史借鑒。商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系日益緊密的重要標(biāo)志之一。歷史上的北部灣地區(qū)一直分屬不同的行政區(qū),缺乏內(nèi)部溝通,且因偏處嶺南一隅,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)較為落后。進(jìn)入近代,清政府先后開放了北海、龍州與南寧三大口岸,給這一地區(qū)的發(fā)展帶來了新的契機,客觀上使得地域內(nèi)部的經(jīng)濟(jì)交往逐漸頻繁,一個立體化的商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)初步成型。這對當(dāng)時北部灣地區(qū)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生了重大影響。 本論文共分為七部分。 第一部分為緒論,主要回顧了與商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)研究史,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出本文的創(chuàng)新點,并對選題的緣由、研究意義、研究方法和研究思路進(jìn)行了說明。同時,對“北部灣地區(qū)”、“市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)”、“商品流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)”和“商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)”等論文中所涉及的主要及易混淆的概念進(jìn)行了界定。 第二部分介紹北部灣地區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的自然與歷史基礎(chǔ),以從整體上了解區(qū)域的自然地理情況及近代以前的發(fā)展水平。首先,對地理環(huán)境和氣候等長期相對穩(wěn)定的自然因素予以介紹,并對北部灣地區(qū)在近代以前的水陸交通、市鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、粵地商人、技術(shù)傳播等商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)要素的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行梳理。其次,整理了地區(qū)內(nèi)部復(fù)雜的建制沿革。 第三部分具體探析近代北部灣地區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的動因與經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。在分析北海、龍州、南寧三關(guān)開放對北部灣地區(qū)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易擴(kuò)展的直接促進(jìn)作用,從而總結(jié)出區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的根本動因的基礎(chǔ)上,分層次對近代時期區(qū)域內(nèi)的城市和圩鎮(zhèn)商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了一個深入探討,以了解北部灣地區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的關(guān)鍵性前提和商業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。 第四部分詳細(xì)地論述了近代北部灣地區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)要素。從點、線、面等網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基本形態(tài)入手,相應(yīng)地將北部灣地區(qū)內(nèi)的各級城鎮(zhèn)市場、交通線路以及通信線劃分成以南寧和北海為經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的兩個地域面,同時對直接促成商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的主體要素——商人及其組織(包括外省商人及其經(jīng)濟(jì)實體、區(qū)域內(nèi)部商人及其經(jīng)濟(jì)實體等兩大類)的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動進(jìn)行了考察。 第五部分進(jìn)一步論述了近代北部灣地區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運行機制。從前一部分對靜止的結(jié)構(gòu)要素的剖析轉(zhuǎn)入對運動中的流通客體的探討,商品流、資金流、信息流和勞務(wù)流等四種不同的流通客體在商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運行機制中占有各異的地位,并對近代北部灣地區(qū)整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)運行態(tài)勢產(chǎn)生了不同的影響。 第六部分分析了近代北部灣地區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。在根據(jù)前文的論述,得出北部灣地區(qū)的商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在近代時期已經(jīng)初步形成的結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,從商品流通和技術(shù)交流等角度具體分析了這一過程對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的重大影響。 第七部分是全文的結(jié)語,總結(jié)了近代時期北部灣地區(qū)商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)初步形成過程中的局限性,并分析了其給當(dāng)前廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)所帶來的歷史依據(jù)與借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi is in full swing. This paper focuses on the history of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, especially the formation process of the regional commercial network in modern times, in order to provide some useful historical reference for the implementation of the current policy. The formation of the commercial network is the regional economic union. The northern Bay Area in history has been divided into different administrative areas, lack of internal communication and the social economy is lagging behind in the corner of South of the Five Ridges. In modern times, the Qing government opened the three ports of Beihai, Longzhou and Nanning, which brought new opportunities to the development of the region and objectively made it possible. The economic exchanges within the region were gradually frequent, and a stereoscopic commercial network was initially formed. This had a significant impact on the overall economic development of the Beibu Gulf region at that time.
This paper is divided into seven parts.
The first part is the introduction, which mainly reviews the history of the academic research related to the commercial network. On this basis, it summarizes the innovative points of this paper, and explains the reasons for the topic, the significance of the research, the research methods and the research ideas. At the same time, the "Beibu Bay Area", "market network", "commodity circulation network" and "commercial network", etc. The main and confusing concepts involved in the paper are defined.
The second part introduces the natural and historical basis of the formation of the commercial network in the Beibu Gulf region, in order to understand the natural geographical conditions of the region and the level of the development before the modern times. First, it introduces the natural factors, such as the geographical environment and climate and other long-term relative stability, and the water and land traffic and the town economy in the Beibu Gulf before the modern times. Secondly, sorting out the evolution of the complex system in the region.
The third part analyses the cause and economic basis of the formation of the commercial network in the Beibu Gulf region in modern times. In the analysis of the direct promotion of the expansion of the internal and external trade in the Beibu Gulf region in Beihai, Longzhou and Nanning, this paper sums up the fundamental motives of the regional economic development, and makes a stratification on the cities and the towns in the region of modern times. The performance of business economy has been thoroughly explored in order to understand the key prerequisites and commercial foundation for the formation of the business network in Beibu Gulf.
The fourth part expounds the structural elements of the commercial network in the Beibu Gulf region in detail. Starting with the basic forms of the network, such as point, line and surface, the urban market, traffic line and communication line in the Beibu Gulf region are divided into two regional areas with Nanning and Beihai as the economic center, and the commercial network is directly contributed to the commercial network. The main elements of the formation are the economic activities of the merchants and their organizations (including the merchants of the provinces and their economic entities, the businessmen in the region and their economic entities in two categories).
The fifth part further discusses the operation mechanism of the commercial network in the Beibu Gulf region in modern times. The former part of the analysis of the static structural elements into the discussion of the circulation objects in the movement, and four different circulation objects, such as commodity flow, capital flow, information flow and labor flow, occupy a different position in the operation mechanism of the commercial network. It has a different impact on the overall economic operation of the Beibu Gulf region in modern times.
The sixth part analyses the influence of the formation of commercial network on the regional economic development in the Beibu Gulf region in modern times. On the basis of the foregoing discussion, it is concluded that the commercial network in the Beibu Gulf region has been preliminarily formed in modern times, and analyzes the development of this process from the point of view of commodity circulation and technology exchange. The great impact of the exhibition.
The seventh part is the conclusion of the full text, summarizing the limitations of the preliminary formation of commercial network in the Beibu Gulf region in modern times, and analyzing its historical basis and reference to the current construction of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi.
