【摘要】：1930年代的湘西革屯運動頗具規(guī)模、影響較大,在中國近現(xiàn)代史、民族關系史研究領域是一個值得關注的課題。目前學界對這一問題研究大多局限于革命范式,或從少數(shù)民族族別史(湘西苗族史)角度進行分析,難以客觀的說明其全貌。本文在前人研究成果基礎上,試圖以中國近代民族區(qū)域整合的視角,對這一歷史事件進行探討。全文共分為三大部分： 第一部分,以“誰要革屯,為何革屯”的問題切入,對革屯運動的歷史背景及現(xiàn)實背景進行分析,即歷史上中央王朝對于湘西地區(qū)的民族政策及清朝在湘西地區(qū)確立的屯政及其在民國以后的演變,其實質就是傳統(tǒng)國家時期湘西民族地方與內地關系整合演進的歷史過程。 第二部分,張力與調適：從革屯請愿、武力革屯到革屯抗日,是文章的主體部分。以1930年的湘西革屯運動從“和平請愿”導“武裝革屯”再到“革屯抗日”等幾個階段的發(fā)展變化,直到最后多方協(xié)調妥協(xié)后“廢除屯政,共赴國難”的演變過程,對其中各方勢力相互影響、掣肘及其權利訴求開展討論。 第三部分結語,是本文的結論。首先,1930年代湘西革屯運動實際上的歷史和現(xiàn)實背景是歷史上對湘西制度整合的必然反映。其次,革屯運動的幾個階段是多種力量作用的結果,基礎民眾的力量是運動的根本力量。最后,制度建構是始終是湘西近代整合的核心,筆者認為我國現(xiàn)階段實行的民族區(qū)域自治制度才是進行民族區(qū)域整合的根本性、指導性原則。
[Abstract]:In 1930's, the Xiangxi Chatun movement had a large scale and great influence. It is a subject worth paying attention to in the research field of the history of ethnic relations in modern history of China. At present, the academic research on this issue is mostly confined to the revolutionary paradigm, or from the perspective of the history of ethnic minorities (Miao nationality in Xiangxi), it is difficult to objectively explain its overall picture. Based on the previous research results, this paper attempts to discuss this historical event from the perspective of regional integration of Chinese modern nationalities. The thesis is divided into three parts: The first part analyzes the historical background and realistic background of the Grayton Movement with the question of "who wants it and why". That is, the central dynasty's national policy towards the western Hunan region and the Qing Dynasty's establishment of the Tun government and its evolution after the Republic of China are the historical process of the integration and evolution of the relationship between the western Hunan nationality and the interior during the traditional national period. The second part, tension and adjustment: from Grayton petition, force Grayton to Grayton anti-Japanese, is the main part of the article. With the development and change of "peaceful petition" and "armed Grayton" to "Anti-Japanese War" in Xiangxi in 1930, the process of "abolishing the government and going to the state disaster" after the final compromise was reached. Discuss the influence, restriction and right claim of each side. The third part is the conclusion of this paper. First of all, the historical and realistic background of the Xiangxi Revolutionary Movement in 1930's is an inevitable reflection of the integration of Xiangxi institutions in history. Secondly, several stages of the Grayton Movement are the result of various forces, and the basic people's power is the fundamental force of the movement. Finally, the system construction is always the core of the integration of western Hunan in modern times. The author thinks that the national regional autonomy system is the fundamental and guiding principle of regional national integration.
