【摘要】：清末廢科舉之后的數(shù)年間,施行學(xué)堂實(shí)官獎(jiǎng),學(xué)界只是在論及出身問題時(shí)有所觸及,缺乏專題研究。學(xué)生實(shí)官獎(jiǎng)方面,有陸軍軍官學(xué)堂、北洋高等巡警學(xué)堂等專業(yè)學(xué)堂,也有大學(xué)堂,以及留學(xué)生。教員、管理人員方面,除了獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)實(shí)官外,清末還嘗試定章立制,將學(xué)堂教員認(rèn)同為實(shí)官。捐資助學(xué)方面,為了吸納社會(huì)資金,彌補(bǔ)不足,清政府推行實(shí)官獎(jiǎng),并主要針對(duì)捐巨資者,且多由地方督撫出面申請(qǐng);獎(jiǎng)實(shí)官之外,對(duì)降職官員捐輸學(xué)務(wù)者也予以開復(fù)原官,即捐復(fù);當(dāng)然,相較于實(shí)官獎(jiǎng),學(xué)務(wù)捐輸更多的是虛銜獎(jiǎng)。在清政府實(shí)施學(xué)堂實(shí)官獎(jiǎng)的過程中,不斷有罷廢實(shí)官獎(jiǎng)的聲音,宣統(tǒng)三年七月學(xué)堂實(shí)官獎(jiǎng)壽終正寢。
