【摘要】：清末廢科舉之后的數(shù)年間,施行學(xué)堂實官獎,學(xué)界只是在論及出身問題時有所觸及,缺乏專題研究。學(xué)生實官獎方面,有陸軍軍官學(xué)堂、北洋高等巡警學(xué)堂等專業(yè)學(xué)堂,也有大學(xué)堂,以及留學(xué)生。教員、管理人員方面,除了獎勵實官外,清末還嘗試定章立制,將學(xué)堂教員認(rèn)同為實官。捐資助學(xué)方面,為了吸納社會資金,彌補不足,清政府推行實官獎,并主要針對捐巨資者,且多由地方督撫出面申請;獎實官之外,對降職官員捐輸學(xué)務(wù)者也予以開復(fù)原官,即捐復(fù);當(dāng)然,相較于實官獎,學(xué)務(wù)捐輸更多的是虛銜獎。在清政府實施學(xué)堂實官獎的過程中,不斷有罷廢實官獎的聲音,宣統(tǒng)三年七月學(xué)堂實官獎壽終正寢。
