【摘要】：1940年3月30日,汪偽政府在南京宣告成立,但日本當(dāng)局并未應(yīng)汪偽政府的要求,當(dāng)即對其加以承認(rèn)。同年11月,隨著日汪基本條約的簽訂,雙方才正式建立了所謂的"外交關(guān)系"。日本當(dāng)局對承認(rèn)汪偽政府遷延日久,一方面是要通過日汪基本條約確定在華侵略利益,另一方面認(rèn)為汪偽政府實(shí)力不足,無法借扶植汪偽政府來完成其侵略目標(biāo),要"解決事變"仍需進(jìn)行誘降重慶國民政府的"重慶工作"。由此,日本當(dāng)局的政策一直在扶植汪偽政府與加強(qiáng)"重慶工作"間搖擺不定。然而,不斷變化的國際形勢,日本外務(wù)省與軍部在對華政治、外交事務(wù)主導(dǎo)權(quán)上的爭奪,以及重慶國民政府和汪偽政權(quán)所采取的行動,均影響了日本當(dāng)局的相關(guān)決策,使這一過程更加復(fù)雜化。通過考察日本承認(rèn)汪偽政府的經(jīng)緯,相信對了解日本侵華期間的決策過程會有所裨益。
[Abstract]:On March 30, 1940, Wang Puppet Government was established in Nanjing, but the Japanese authorities did not recognize it immediately at the request of Wang Puppet Government.In November of the same year, with the signing of the Japanese-Wang basic Treaty, the two sides formally established so-called "diplomatic relations."The Japanese authorities have been delaying the recognition of the Wang puppet government for a long time. On the one hand, they want to determine the interests of aggression in China through the Japanese-Wang basic Treaty; on the other hand, the Japanese authorities believe that the Wang puppet government is not strong enough to achieve its aggressive goal by supporting the Wang puppet government.In order to solve the incident, we still need to induce Chongqing National Government to work in Chongqing.As a result, the policy of Japanese authorities has been wobbling between fostering Wang's government and strengthening Chongqing's work.However, the changing international situation, the scramble between the Japanese Foreign Ministry and the military Ministry over the political and foreign affairs leadership over China, and the actions taken by the Chongqing National Government and the Wang puppet regime have all affected the relevant decisions of the Japanese authorities.It complicates the process even more.It is believed that it will be helpful to understand the decision-making process during the Japanese invasion of China through the investigation of Japan's recognition of Wang Puppet's government.
