【摘要】：1917年張勛、康有為等人主導(dǎo)的帝制復(fù)辟,主觀訴求是要矯正一年前袁世凱"帝制自為"的問題,所要解決的問題與袁世凱一樣,就是要重建一個權(quán)威的有力量的政府。從后來的事實看,張勛等人看對了病,抓錯了藥。國家體制從帝制變?yōu)楣埠?可能存在許多問題,政府的力量也確實受到相當(dāng)程度的削弱。但是往回走肯定不是解決問題的最佳思路,丁巳復(fù)辟猶如洪憲帝制一樣,從反面夯實了民主共和的基礎(chǔ),也讓中國人意識中殘存的那些帝王意識越來越少。
[Abstract]:In 1917, Zhang Xun, Kang Youwei et al the restoration of the monarchy, the subjective appeal is to correct a year ago Yuan Shikai "self proclaimed monarchy", to solve the problem with Yuan Shikai, is to rebuild the authority of a powerful government.
