【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時期的學(xué)生問題是一個事關(guān)民族未來生存與發(fā)展且倍受政府和社會各界關(guān)注的重要問題,而抗戰(zhàn)時期的學(xué)生問題研究在中國近現(xiàn)代史研究中一直備受關(guān)注并不斷被推向深入。然而目前學(xué)界既有研究主要集中于全國范圍而較少對某一省展開細化研究,鑒于此,本論文主要通過利用有關(guān)資料,對戰(zhàn)時大后方的四川省的學(xué)生救助措施及其學(xué)生救助的成效和局限進行分析與研討,旨在通過學(xué)生救助問題的研究,對當(dāng)今的學(xué)生救助能起到一定的歷史鏡鑒作用。 全文共分為兩個部分,五萬余字。第一章探討戰(zhàn)時學(xué)生救助的緊迫性和學(xué)生救助體系及其成效。第二章探討了四川省的學(xué)生救助情況,第二章探討了四川省的學(xué)生救助情況,分為五節(jié),第一節(jié)分析了四川省在戰(zhàn)前及戰(zhàn)初的教育環(huán)境;第二節(jié)從四川省政府的層面上進行論述,主要討論學(xué)生救助政策和經(jīng)費投入兩個方面,肯定了川省政府的努力;第三節(jié)則是川省社會各界的救助活動,肯定了川省各界群眾為學(xué)生救助所付出的艱辛努力;第四節(jié)是從學(xué)校和學(xué)生自身來說,學(xué)校和學(xué)生也在積極地進行自救,這也成為學(xué)生救助活動能夠順利推進的一個重要因素;第五節(jié)分析了川省政府積極的學(xué)生救助措施所取得的成效,也客觀地分析了其存在的不足和局限性。 通過抗戰(zhàn)時期四川省學(xué)生救助政策及實施情況的討論,我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)整個川省不管是政府層面還是社會層面上,在學(xué)生救助的過程中都做出了巨大的努力,也取得了顯著的成效,可以說川省的學(xué)生救助是積極而又富有成效的。
[Abstract]:The student problem during the War of Resistance against Japan is an important issue which concerns the future survival and development of the nation and attracts the attention of the government and all circles of society.However, the study of student problems during the War of Resistance against Japan has been paid close attention to in the study of modern Chinese history.However, the current academic research is mainly focused on the national scope, but few on a specific province, in view of this, this paper mainly through the use of relevant materials,This paper analyzes and discusses the measures of student assistance in Sichuan province in wartime and the effectiveness and limitation of student assistance. The purpose of this paper is to study the problem of student assistance and to learn from the history of it.The full text is divided into two parts, more than 50,000 words.The first chapter discusses the urgency of student assistance in wartime, student aid system and its effectiveness.The second chapter discusses the situation of student assistance in Sichuan Province, the second chapter discusses the situation of student assistance in Sichuan Province, which is divided into five sections. The first section analyzes the educational environment of Sichuan Province before and at the beginning of the war.The second section discusses from the level of the Sichuan Provincial Government, mainly discussing the student relief policy and the investment of funds, which affirms the efforts of the Sichuan Provincial Government; the third section is the relief activities of all walks of life in Sichuan Province.It affirms the painstaking efforts made by the people from all walks of life in Sichuan Province for the relief of students. The fourth section is that the school and the students are also actively carrying out self-rescue from the school and the students themselves, which has become an important factor for the smooth advancement of the student rescue activities.The fifth section analyzes the achievements of the active student relief measures of Sichuan Provincial Government, and objectively analyzes its shortcomings and limitations.Through the discussion on the policy and implementation of student assistance in Sichuan Province during the Anti-Japanese War, we can find that the whole Sichuan Province has made great efforts in the process of student assistance, both at the government level and at the social level.It can be said that the student assistance in Sichuan Province is positive and effective.
