【摘要】：正晚清與民國時期是中國慈善事業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)向近代轉(zhuǎn)型的重要時期,在這一歷史階段,中國慈善事業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出繁榮發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,不僅慈善組織種類與數(shù)量繁多,而且慈善人物輩出,各地相繼出現(xiàn)了多個慈善家群體。這時期,晚清與民國政府也開始制定相關的慈善法律法規(guī)或制度,規(guī)范和促進慈善事業(yè)的發(fā)展,其關于慈善發(fā)展的法律條款之多令人欽佩。近代慈善事業(yè)在中國慈善發(fā)展史上具有十分重要的地位,它不僅直接作用于近代,而且輻
[Abstract]:The period of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China was an important period for the transition of Chinese philanthropy from tradition to modern times. In this historical stage, Chinese philanthropy took on a prosperous trend, not only in the variety and number of charitable organizations, but also in the number of philanthropic figures. In this period, the late Qing and the Republic of China governments also began to formulate relevant charitable laws, regulations or systems to standardize and promote the development of philanthropy. The number of legal provisions on the development of philanthropy is admirable. Modern philanthropy has a very important position in the history of Chinese philanthropy, which not only acts directly on modern times, but also speaks.
