【摘要】：辛亥革命后,同全國局勢(shì)一樣,內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)也成為了各個(gè)軍閥的角逐場(chǎng)。同時(shí)當(dāng)?shù)氐耐豕F族同這些軍閥勢(shì)力勾結(jié),大肆買賣土地,底層群眾生活苦不堪言。故一些民族有識(shí)之士,試圖以建立內(nèi)蒙古人民自己的革命政黨的方式,來挽救蒙古民族的命運(yùn)。因此,內(nèi)蒙古人民革命黨應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。從內(nèi)蒙古人民革命黨成立伊始,該黨就尤為注重民族武裝力量的培養(yǎng)。筆者利用相關(guān)史料文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合前人研究成果,力圖解讀當(dāng)時(shí)內(nèi)蒙古人民革命黨的武裝力量是如何從無到有,又是怎樣解散的。并通過對(duì)該武裝力量自身軍隊(duì)建設(shè)方面問題的挖掘,考察其綜合戰(zhàn)斗力,進(jìn)而對(duì)其在當(dāng)時(shí)的民族革命運(yùn)動(dòng)中所起的歷史作用等史事方面做一個(gè)客觀的敘述和評(píng)價(jià)。文章分成序言、正文、結(jié)語、附錄四個(gè)部分。在序言部分中闡述有關(guān)選題意義、所運(yùn)用的史料、目前研究狀況、創(chuàng)新之處、專用名詞說明等。正文共分三章,在第一章中主要敘述內(nèi)蒙古人民革命黨成立并組建內(nèi)蒙古人民革命軍后,該武裝力量所參加的一系列戰(zhàn)斗及該軍隊(duì)的終結(jié)等問題。第二章主要對(duì)于該武裝力量的人員招募、軍官培養(yǎng)、武器裝備來源以及軍隊(duì)宣傳工作等問題進(jìn)行了梳理。第三章中注重梳理內(nèi)蒙古人民革命軍所參加的幾場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)斗經(jīng)過,進(jìn)而對(duì)其在戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上所采取的戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)及真實(shí)作戰(zhàn)能力進(jìn)行歷史考察。最后對(duì)其在內(nèi)蒙古民族民主革命運(yùn)動(dòng)中的作用及軍隊(duì)解散原因進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:After the Revolution of 1911, as in the whole country, Inner Mongolia became the arena for various warlords. At the same time, the local princes and nobles colluded with these warlords to buy and sell land wantonly. The life of the people at the bottom is miserable. Therefore, some people of insight from different nationalities try to save the fate of the Mongolian nation by setting up a revolutionary political party of the people of Inner Mongolia. The Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party came into being. Since the founding of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party, the party has paid particular attention to the training of the national armed forces. Trying to understand how the armed forces of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party started from scratch and disbanded. And through digging into the problems in the building of the armed forces themselves, we examined their comprehensive combat effectiveness. The article is divided into four parts: the preface, the text, the conclusion, the appendix. In the preface, the significance of the topic is expounded. The historical materials used, the current research situation, the innovation, the description of special nouns, etc. The text is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, it mainly describes the establishment of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party and the formation of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Army. The armed forces participate in a series of battles and the end of the armed forces. Chapter two mainly deals with the recruitment of personnel of the armed forces and the training of officers. The sources of weapons and equipment as well as the propaganda work of the armed forces were combed out. Chapter three focused on combing the several battles in which the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Army had participated. Finally, the paper analyzes and summarizes its role in the national democratic revolutionary movement in Inner Mongolia and the reasons for the disbanding of the army.
