【摘要】：歷史上中國囿于閉關(guān)自守,缺乏海權(quán)觀念。近代以后,少數(shù)先覺者開始萌生海權(quán)意識。到了抗戰(zhàn)時期,群體性地呼喚海權(quán)開始發(fā)酵,海權(quán)意識得以加強(qiáng):群體性意識到日本踐踏中國海權(quán)的危害;"中國的生命線在海洋";"海軍為國防之要,立國之基";中國"成為太平洋上的安定力";南海諸島"原屬中國領(lǐng)土"、"重領(lǐng)土保海權(quán)"。這些主張啟迪后人,應(yīng)像重視領(lǐng)土那樣重視海疆,海疆具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源和戰(zhàn)略地位,"要建設(shè)足以自衛(wèi)的新海軍",捍衛(wèi)海疆。
[Abstract]:In history, China was confined to closed doors and lacked the concept of sea power. After modern times, a few people began to have a sense of sea power. In the period of the War of Resistance against Japan, the group called for sea power to begin to ferment. The sense of sea power has been strengthened: the group is aware of the harm of Japan's trampling on Chinese maritime power; "China's lifeline is in the sea"; and "the navy is important for national defense," The foundation for the founding of a nation; China's "stability in the Pacific Ocean"; the South China Sea islands "belong to Chinese territory" and "attach great importance to territorial protection of maritime rights." these claims enlighten future generations and should attach the same importance to maritime areas as to territories. The sea area has important economic resources and strategic status, "to build a new navy sufficient for self-defense" to defend the sea.
