【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立初期,中共湖北省委根據(jù)黨中央的統(tǒng)一部署,在全省范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展了整風(fēng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。這次運(yùn)動(dòng)本著整風(fēng)與各項(xiàng)任務(wù)密切結(jié)合的原則,以檢查總結(jié)當(dāng)前工作為中心,以會(huì)議形式為主,根據(jù)工作需要及部門(mén)與對(duì)象的不同,采取開(kāi)會(huì)、一面工作一面整風(fēng)、集訓(xùn)三種方式,整風(fēng)主要對(duì)象是區(qū)委以上骨干干部,并盡量讓非黨員新干部與留用人員參加;整風(fēng)目的是要通過(guò)開(kāi)展批評(píng)與自我批評(píng),克服黨內(nèi)特別是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的居功自傲情緒、命令主義和官僚主義作風(fēng)及少數(shù)干部貪污腐化、違法亂紀(jì)等現(xiàn)象,糾正執(zhí)行政策上"左"和右的偏差,密切黨與群眾的聯(lián)系,加強(qiáng)干部團(tuán)結(jié),提高黨員干部政治思想水平。歷時(shí)半年的整風(fēng)運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)展順利,收效良好,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。其中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)當(dāng)前加強(qiáng)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of New China, the Hubei Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China launched a rectification movement throughout the province in accordance with the unified arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. The movement, based on the principle of close integration of the rectification movement with various tasks, focused on checking and summing up the current work. Mainly in the form of meetings, according to the needs of the work and the differences between departments and objects, the rectification movement is mainly aimed at the backbone cadres at or above the district committee level. The purpose of the rectification movement is to overcome the inner-party, especially leading cadres' feelings of merit and pride, commandism and bureaucracy, and the corruption of a small number of cadres by conducting criticism and self-criticism as far as possible. In order to correct the deviation between the "left" and the right in the implementation of the policy, to close the ties between the Party and the masses, to strengthen the unity of cadres, and to raise the political and ideological level of party members and cadres, the rectification campaign, which lasted for six months, has progressed smoothly and yielded good results. The experience has important practical enlightenment for strengthening the construction of the Party's style of work.
