【摘要】：早期維新思想家是19世紀60-90年代的進步思想家,在不同程度上接受了西方的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和教育思想,主張學習和借鑒西方文化。在其思想體系中,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀占有一定比重,卻沒有得到應有的關注。本文嘗試對早期維新思想家的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀做全面考察,以彌補學界對這一課題研究的不足。 本文主要分四個部分研究早期維新思想家的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀。 第一部分分析了早期維新思想家醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀形成的歷史背景,認為中國落后的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生狀況、西方醫(yī)學的傳播以及早期維新思想家個人的學識與經(jīng)歷促成了其醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀的形成。 第二部分系統(tǒng)闡釋了早期維新思想家醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀三個方面的內(nèi)容,即：醫(yī)學觀、醫(yī)政觀、衛(wèi)生觀。通過比較中西醫(yī)學,早期維新思想家形成了以中西醫(yī)匯通為主導的醫(yī)學觀,并注重醫(yī)學人才培養(yǎng),加強教育。針對晚清混亂的醫(yī)政管理制度,提出一系列改革主張,如加強醫(yī)生的管理,設立專門的管理機構,建立醫(yī)療機構。另外,他們還關注公共衛(wèi)生,主張養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習慣、革除生活陋習。 第三部分結(jié)合早期維新思想家的實踐活動,如整理醫(yī)籍與編寫醫(yī)學著述、創(chuàng)辦醫(yī)學刊物、舉辦醫(yī)學校、開辦醫(yī)院等,進一步分析其醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀。 第四部分概括早期維新思想家醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀的主要特點并對其醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生觀予以客觀的評價和定位。早期維新思想家所提出的各種思想主張,在當時以及以后都具有重要的思想影響。
[Abstract]:The early reform thinkers were progressive thinkers of the 1860s and 1990s. They accepted the western political, economic, cultural and educational ideas to some extent, and advocated to learn from and learn from the western culture. This paper attempts to make a comprehensive investigation of the medical and health outlook of early reform thinkers in order to make up for the lack of academic research on this subject. This paper is divided into four parts to study the medical and health views of early reform thinkers. The first part analyzes the historical background of the formation of the medical and health concept of the early reform thinkers, and points out that China's backward medical and health situation, The spread of western medicine and the personal knowledge and experience of early reform thinkers contributed to the formation of his medical and health outlook. The second part systematically explains three aspects of the medical and health view of the early reform thinkers, that is, medical view, medical politics view, and health view. By comparing Chinese and western medicine, the early reform thinkers formed a medical concept dominated by Huitong of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Focusing on the training of medical talents and strengthening education, a series of reform proposals were put forward in view of the chaotic medical administration system in the late Qing Dynasty, such as strengthening the management of doctors, setting up special management institutions, and establishing medical institutions. They also care about public health, advocate good hygiene habits and get rid of bad habits. The third part combines the practical activities of early reform thinkers, such as sorting out medical books and writing medical writings, establishing medical journals, holding medical schools, opening hospitals, and so on, to further analyze their views on medical and health care. The fourth part summarizes the main characteristics of the early reform thinkers' view of medical and health care, and gives an objective evaluation and positioning of their views on medical and health care. It had an important ideological influence at the time and thereafter.
