民國上海與南京紅幫西服業(yè)之比較研究

【摘要】:本文以民國時期上海、南京兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)為研究對象,結(jié)合經(jīng)濟學和社會學等相關(guān)理論,從以下四個方面對上海、南京兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)的發(fā)展特點進行分析和比較。首先是發(fā)展歷程比較,通過將兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程劃分為三個階段依次進行分析。在發(fā)展早期,兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)創(chuàng)辦者紅幫裁縫的始祖均為拎包裁縫,但上海拎包裁縫出現(xiàn)時間早于南京,西服行業(yè)的起步也比南京早;在發(fā)展中期,兩地人口數(shù)量激增、社會氛圍開放,紅幫西服行業(yè)均呈現(xiàn)出高昂的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,但上海紅幫西服行業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況優(yōu)于南京;在發(fā)展后期,兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)均不同程度受到抗日戰(zhàn)爭的影響,但是在抗戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后都迅速從戰(zhàn)爭的衰敗中恢復。其次是產(chǎn)品分類分析,分別對兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)五種類型的產(chǎn)品進行分析。一是西服,西服在兩地經(jīng)營活動過程中占據(jù)主體地位,但由于上海社會環(huán)境更加開放且西服傳入時間早,所以在西服款式創(chuàng)新方面優(yōu)于南京;二是中山裝,中山裝同樣是兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)的主要產(chǎn)品,但由于南京是政治中心,而且職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成中公務(wù)人員隊伍比上海龐大,所以中山裝的銷售比例高于上海;三是軍服,由于南京是首都,軍警人員眾多,因此軍服的業(yè)務(wù)量龐大,同時期上海則只有部分西服店經(jīng)營軍服業(yè)務(wù);四是西式禮服和大衣,兩者在兩地均有穩(wěn)定的消費人群,因此也是紅幫西服店鋪的主營產(chǎn)品。再次是經(jīng)營模式比較,分別從定名方式、選址方式、營銷方式三個方面展開。一是定名方式比較,早期兩地紅幫西服店鋪多采用以吉利字眼為主的傳統(tǒng)命名方式,后期都出現(xiàn)了新式的定名方式,因為兩地社會氛圍的差異,所以新式店鋪定名方式有著顯著的不同;二是選址方式比較,兩地紅幫西服店鋪在選址方面呈現(xiàn)出向商業(yè)“黃金圈”靠攏的特征,它們大多選擇開設(shè)在城市較為繁華的區(qū)域;三是營銷方式比較,兩地紅幫西服店均重視口碑營銷、廣告營銷和精益化營銷,但是在精益化營銷方面存在較大差別。最后是管理機構(gòu)比較,分別從管理機制和管理機構(gòu)的作用兩個方面展開。在管理機制比較中,兩地雖都采用理事制度,但上海細分為理事會、常務(wù)理事和監(jiān)事會三個部門且各部門職責明確,南京則只有理事會和常務(wù)理事,缺少對監(jiān)事具體職責的規(guī)定;在管理章程方面,上海西服商業(yè)同業(yè)公會的管理章程比南京更全面;在選舉與決議方式方面,兩地均采用民主公正的方式。在管理機構(gòu)作用的比較中,兩地同業(yè)公會均通過要求商號加入公會、制定行業(yè)業(yè)規(guī)和統(tǒng)一市場價格三個方面來穩(wěn)定市場秩序,為會員提供各種證明服務(wù)和物資配給服務(wù),及時向政府反映訴求,為同業(yè)會員排憂解難;但是,南京軍西服業(yè)同業(yè)公會沒有為會員提供教育服務(wù),另外在與職工公會溝通時缺少主動協(xié)調(diào)的能力。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),民國時期上海、南京兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中既有相同的特征,也有各自的特點。對民國時期上海、南京兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)的分析和比較研究,不僅從橫向上剖析出同一時期兩地紅幫西服業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、經(jīng)營模式等各方面的狀況及所達到的水平,而且從縱向上梳理出兩地紅幫西服行業(yè)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),以及不同的社會背景對紅幫西服行業(yè)的影響。
