【摘要】：中央研究院出版品國際交換處自1928年成立至1934年結(jié)束移交,歷時(shí)5載有余。因中央研究院直隸于國民政府,居于國家最高學(xué)術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的地位,故該處辦理出版品國際交換成績顯著,交換規(guī)�？涨�,在促進(jìn)中外學(xué)術(shù)文化交流等方面頗多貢獻(xiàn)。通過交換,中央研究院獲得了大量國外出版品;同時(shí),國內(nèi)出版品交換到國外,增進(jìn)了國外學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)中國學(xué)術(shù)文化的了解,為加強(qiáng)彼此間的交流與合作開辟了路徑。此外,該處制定的交換規(guī)章、結(jié)成的交換關(guān)系和給予的經(jīng)費(fèi)補(bǔ)助,為教育部出版品國際交換處接辦交換事務(wù)提供了有益借鑒,創(chuàng)造了有利條件。
[Abstract]:The International Exchange of Publications of the Academia Sinica was established from 1928 to the end of 1934. It lasted for 5 years. Since Academia Sinica was handed over to the National Government, it was ranked as the highest academic and research institution in the country. As a result, the Department has made remarkable achievements in the international exchange of publications, and the exchange scale has been unprecedented. It has contributed a lot to the promotion of academic and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. Through this exchange, the Academia Sinica has obtained a large number of foreign publications; at the same time, The exchange of domestic publications abroad has enhanced the understanding of Chinese academic culture in foreign academic circles and opened the way for strengthening exchanges and cooperation between them. It provides a useful reference for the Ministry of Education International Exchange Office to take over the exchange services and creates favorable conditions.
