【摘要】：南京國(guó)民政府在黨治國(guó)家的體制下,展開(kāi)了較為系統(tǒng)的國(guó)族建設(shè)。南京國(guó)民政府國(guó)族構(gòu)建的重要特點(diǎn)是始終追求國(guó)族的整體性、同質(zhì)性和一元化。在中華民族內(nèi)部,國(guó)族觀念和國(guó)族意識(shí)在各個(gè)地域、各個(gè)階層中得到了廣泛的傳播。然而,南京國(guó)民政府在國(guó)族構(gòu)建過(guò)程中,由于利益與能力的局限,在國(guó)族內(nèi)部的自由平等問(wèn)題和少數(shù)民族權(quán)利問(wèn)題上始終存在政策上的偏差,導(dǎo)致國(guó)族自覺(jué)與國(guó)家認(rèn)同的矛盾和少數(shù)民族國(guó)家認(rèn)同感的弱化,并且影響著國(guó)族內(nèi)部的穩(wěn)定性和國(guó)族凝聚力的提升。
[Abstract]:Under the system of ruling the country by the Party, the Nanjing National Government has carried out systematic national construction. The important characteristic of the national construction of the Nanjing National Government is to pursue the integrity, homogeneity and unification of the nation all the time. The concept of national nationality and national consciousness have been widely spread in various regions and strata. However, in the process of national construction, the Nanjing National Government, because of the limitation of interests and ability, There has always been a policy deviation in the issues of freedom and equality within the nation and the rights of the minority nationalities, which leads to the contradiction between the national consciousness and the national identity and the weakening of the national identity of the minority nationality. It also affects the stability of the nation and the promotion of the cohesion of the nation.
