【摘要】：清朝末年,中國(guó)邊疆危機(jī)叢生。為應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī),公共輿論界藉公共輿論為利器,及時(shí)報(bào)道了各類危機(jī)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),提出諸多頗具建樹的應(yīng)對(duì)方略。在公共輿論催生下,清廷通過施行各類新政去應(yīng)對(duì)邊疆危機(jī)。針對(duì)此等嘗試,公共輿論界亦進(jìn)行了及時(shí)報(bào)道和宣傳。而當(dāng)清廷統(tǒng)治即將崩潰、邊疆局勢(shì)卻急速惡化之時(shí),公共輿論界又對(duì)清廷與地方當(dāng)局應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)不力、行政腐敗等行為進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)厲批判。清末新聞傳媒圍繞邊疆危機(jī)的以上報(bào)道乃至批評(píng)指責(zé),均屬特殊環(huán)境下公共輿論應(yīng)對(duì)邊疆危機(jī)的重要內(nèi)容,展示了清末時(shí)人藉公共輿論為利器,抵御邊疆危機(jī)、固我邊圉的愛國(guó)情懷。
[Abstract]:At the end of the Qing Dynasty, China border crisis. To cope with the crisis, the public opinion by public opinion as a weapon, reported in a timely manner the development trend of all kinds of crisis, put forward many valuable strategies. In the public opinion under the influence of Qing Dynasty, through the implementation of various types of the new deal to deal with the border crisis. For these attempts, the public opinion is also in a timely manner reports and publicity. When the Qing Dynasty was about to collapse, but the rapid deterioration of the situation of the frontier, and the public opinion of the Qing government and local authorities inadequate response to the crisis, the administrative corruption behavior was severely criticized. The news media around the end of Qing Dynasty over the border crisis and criticism are important content under the special environment of public opinion to deal with the border crisis, showing the Qing Dynasty when the people by public opinion as a weapon against the border crisis, solid patriotism I borderland.
