【摘要】：咸、同年間,清王朝搖搖欲墜,湘軍卻因以一軍之力鎮(zhèn)壓了太平天國運動而被稱為晚清史上的一大“奇跡”。于此,湘軍的“三緣”——地緣、血緣和學(xué)緣特征可謂功不可沒。本文試圖從楚地獨特的地理狀況和人口的發(fā)展變遷、聚族而居和敬祖尚鬼的民情風(fēng)俗、歷史久遠(yuǎn)的書院教育、曾國藩本人的仕途四大方面追索湘人的地緣、血緣和學(xué)緣特征,并闡述湘軍建立后這一特征在軍隊中的體現(xiàn)與現(xiàn)時作用,深入分析其給晚清軍制、政局和社會帶來的深遠(yuǎn)影響,致力于從這一特征探討曾國藩為何不選擇武裝稱帝,最后在此基礎(chǔ)上就這一特征將其與勁敵太平軍做一番比較,進(jìn)一步深入對湘軍“三緣”特征的研究。
[Abstract]:In the same year, the Qing Dynasty was teetering, but the Xiang Army was called a "miracle" in the history of the late Qing Dynasty for suppressing the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom movement with the power of one army. The characteristics of blood and learning can be attributed to the unique geographical conditions and population changes in Chu, the folk customs of living together and respecting the ancestors and ghosts, and the ancient academy education. Zeng Guofan's own four major aspects of his career seek out the geographical, blood and academic characteristics of Hunan people, and expound the embodiment and present role of this characteristic in the armed forces after the establishment of the Xiang Army, and deeply analyze its far-reaching influence on the military system, political situation and society in the late Qing Dynasty. This paper is devoted to discussing why Zeng Guofan does not choose armed forces to become emperor from this characteristic, and finally compares it with the strong enemy Taiping Army on this basis, and further studies the characteristics of Hunan Army's "three fate".
