【摘要】：1953年和1954年,上海市在私營企業(yè)中開展了"反對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)主義"的工作。它表面上似乎是1951年底全國總工會(huì)對(duì)李立三"經(jīng)濟(jì)主義"錯(cuò)誤批判的余波,實(shí)質(zhì)上是對(duì)"一五"計(jì)劃開始前后資本家破壞國家加工訂貨工作、企圖操縱勞資關(guān)系所作出的反應(yīng)。在日益擴(kuò)大的加工訂貨工作中,資方利用工繳貨價(jià)的疏漏所提供的"成本轉(zhuǎn)嫁"機(jī)制,謀取不當(dāng)利潤,并企圖以物質(zhì)利益腐蝕工人,破壞加工訂貨工作。"反對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)主義"擠壓和切斷了這種"成本轉(zhuǎn)嫁"機(jī)制,是國家對(duì)私營工商業(yè)進(jìn)行改造的重要一環(huán)。
[Abstract]:In 1953 and 1954, Shanghai carried out "anti-economism" work in private enterprises. On the surface, it appeared to be the fallout of the end of 1951 All-China Federation of Trade unions' erroneous criticism of Li Lisan's "economism". In essence, it is a reaction to the capitalists' attempt to manipulate labor relations by destroying the state's processing and ordering work before and after the beginning of the "first Five-Year Plan." in the course of the ever-expanding processing and ordering work, The management made use of the "cost transfer" mechanism provided by the omission of the labor price to seek improper profits, and attempted to corrupt the workers with material interests and destroy the processing and ordering work. "opposing economism" squeezed and cut off this "cost transfer" mechanism. It is an important part of the country's transformation of private industry and commerce.
