【摘要】：內(nèi)容:晚清時(shí)期,列強(qiáng)跨海紛至沓來,并且憑借自身的船堅(jiān)炮利給中國傳統(tǒng)海防帶來了巨大的沖擊。自鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)后,林則徐及魏源等已意識(shí)到中西海軍之間的巨大差距,提出了“師夷之長(zhǎng)技以制夷”的主張。英法聯(lián)軍之役后,洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)興起,西學(xué)傳播加速,同時(shí)隨著日本侵臺(tái)和中法戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的爆發(fā),海防危機(jī)進(jìn)一步加劇,這使得發(fā)展晚清現(xiàn)代化海防的思潮無論是在廟堂之上還是在社會(huì)精英之中廣泛傳播,薛福成的海防思想無疑是其中極為重要的代表。本文從五個(gè)部分詳細(xì)介紹了薛福成的海防思想。第一部分:薛福成海防思想的成因,主要從四個(gè)方面分析了薛福成海防思想形成的內(nèi)部和外部原因。第二部分:薛福成的海防戰(zhàn)略思想,主要分析了薛福成“以夷制夷”、“守在四夷”、“富國強(qiáng)兵全借于商”三種海防戰(zhàn)略思想。第三部分:薛福成的海防戰(zhàn)術(shù)思想,主要分析了薛福成在“中法戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)”中和出使西歐之后的海防戰(zhàn)術(shù)思想。第四部分:薛福成的海防建設(shè)思想,主要從武器裝備、海防人才、海防基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述。第五部分:分析了薛福成海防思想的特點(diǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)薛福成的海防思想進(jìn)行客觀的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Content: during the late Qing Dynasty, great powers came across the sea and brought great impact to China's traditional coastal defense by virtue of their own strong guns. Since the Opium War, Lin Zexu and Wei Yuan have realized the huge gap between the Chinese and Western navies. After the battle between Britain and France, the Westernization Movement rose and the spread of western learning accelerated. With the Japanese invasion of Taiwan and the outbreak of the Sino-French war, the coastal defense crisis was further aggravated. This made the trend of thought on the development of modern coastal defense in the late Qing Dynasty spread widely, whether on the temple or among the social elite. There is no doubt that Xue Fucheng's coastal defense thought is an extremely important representative. This paper introduces Xue Fucheng's coastal defense thought in detail from five parts. The first part: the causes of Xue Fucheng's coastal defense thought, This paper mainly analyzes the internal and external reasons for the formation of Xue Fucheng's coastal defense thoughts from four aspects. Part two: Xue Fucheng's strategic thinking on coastal defense, This paper mainly analyzes three kinds of coastal defense strategic thoughts: Xue Fucheng's "leveling the Yi", "guarding the four Yi", "enriching the country and strengthening the army", and "borrowing from the Shang". The third part: Xue Fucheng's coastal defense tactics. This paper mainly analyzes Xue Fucheng's tactical thinking of coastal defense in the Sino-French War and after his mission to Western Europe. Part 4th: Xue Fucheng's idea of coastal defense construction, mainly from the aspects of weapons and equipment, coastal defense personnel, Part 5th analyzes the characteristics of Xue Fucheng's coastal defense thought, and makes an objective evaluation of Xue Fucheng's coastal defense thought on this basis.
