【摘要】：國聯(lián)為調(diào)停中日以九一八事變?yōu)殚_端的、關(guān)于東北問題的矛盾，成立包括英、法、美、德、意等五國人員組成的國聯(lián)調(diào)查團，調(diào)查團以英國人李頓為團長，故又稱李頓調(diào)查團（以下簡稱調(diào)查團）。調(diào)查團于1932年3月14日至1932年9月5日期間在中國進行調(diào)查和撰寫調(diào)查報告書，并分別于1932年5月4日和1932年10月2日正式發(fā)表初次和最終報告書。中國社會各界對于調(diào)查團的到來和報告書的發(fā)表反響不一，對國民黨政府對國聯(lián)外交政策和中國有識之士對國聯(lián)的認識產(chǎn)生巨大影響。 本文分為四章。第一章分析調(diào)查團成立背景，包括當時的國際環(huán)境和調(diào)查團成立的直接動因。1929年，資本主義世界爆發(fā)了歷史上最為嚴重的經(jīng)濟危機。日本由于國內(nèi)資源匱乏，市場狹小，無力依靠自身解決危機。因此，日本企圖以武力手段強占其覬覦已久的中國東北地區(qū)。日本做好輿論和軍事方面的準備后，發(fā)動了九一八事變，國民政府立即向國聯(lián)申訴。經(jīng)過國聯(lián)長達四個月之久的協(xié)商，決議成立調(diào)查團來華調(diào)查中日沖突真相，以協(xié)調(diào)中日矛盾。 第二章敘述調(diào)查團，主要是針對戰(zhàn)前中國的社會情況和日本侵略中國情況的調(diào)查。調(diào)查團于1932年3月14日抵達上海，至1932年9月5日，調(diào)查團離開上海返回歐洲，調(diào)查團大致在中國進行了歷時6個月左右的調(diào)查。 第三章為兩次調(diào)查報告書的發(fā)表及主要內(nèi)容。李頓調(diào)查團之初次報告，于1932年5月4日正式發(fā)表，，分為兩大篇，第二篇分為三章，關(guān)于當時東北近況所言甚詳，尤其是對東北的軍事武裝情況有比較詳細的說明。1932年10月2日，調(diào)查團最終報告書分別在日內(nèi)瓦、南京、東京發(fā)表，全文二十萬字左右，分為緒言和正文十章。正文第一至第八章為調(diào)查所得情況，第九、十兩章陳述解決東北問題之原則及建議。 第四章主要闡述中國社會各界的看法，包括國民黨、共產(chǎn)黨和知識精英為主的輿論界的看法。
[Abstract]:The League of Nations, in order to mediate the contradiction between China and Japan, which began with the 918 incident, on the northeast issue, set up a League of Nations fact-finding mission consisting of five countries, including Britain, France, the United States, Germany, Italy, etc. The fact-finding mission was headed by Briton Leighton. Therefore, also known as the Litton Mission (hereinafter referred to as the Mission), the Mission conducted investigations and wrote investigation reports in China between March 14th 1932 and September 5th 1932, The first and final reports were officially published on May 4th 1932 and October 2nd 1932 respectively. The arrival of the Mission and the publication of the report received different responses from all sectors of the Chinese society. It has a great influence on the Kuomintang government's foreign policy to the League of Nations and on the understanding of the League of Nations by the people of insight in China. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter analyzes the background of the establishment of the Mission, including the international environment at that time and the direct cause of the establishment of the Mission. In 1929, the capitalist world broke out the most serious economic crisis in history. The market is too small to solve the crisis on its own. Therefore, Japan attempted to seize the coveted Northeast China by force. After Japan prepared for public opinion and military affairs, it launched the 918 incident. The National Government immediately appealed to the League of Nations. After four months of consultation with the League of Nations, it decided to establish a fact-finding mission to investigate the truth of the Sino-Japanese conflict in China in order to reconcile the contradictions between China and Japan. Chapter II describes the Mission, mainly in relation to the social situation in China before the war and the Japanese aggression against China. The Mission arrived in Shanghai on March 14th 1932 and, by September 5th 1932, left Shanghai for Europe, The mission conducted an investigation in China that lasted about six months. The third chapter is the publication and main contents of the two investigation reports. The initial report of the Litton Mission was officially published on May 4th 1932 and is divided into two major parts. The second chapter is divided into three chapters, which are very detailed about the recent situation in Northeast China at that time. In particular, there is a relatively detailed explanation of the military and armed situation in the Northeast. On October 2nd 1932, the final report of the mission was published in Geneva, Nanjing and Tokyo, respectively. The full text of the report is about 200,000 words. It is divided into preface and ten chapters. The first to 8th chapters are the investigation results. Chapter 9th and two chapters describe the principles and suggestions to solve the Northeast problem. Chapter 4th describes the views of all sectors of Chinese society, including the KMT, the Communist Party and the intellectual elite.
