【摘要】：鄂豫皖根據(jù)地交通閉塞,文化落后,衛(wèi)生條件極差,缺醫(yī)少藥情況甚為嚴重。在極端艱苦的條件下,中國共產(chǎn)黨和蘇區(qū)政府創(chuàng)辦了紅軍醫(yī)院和地方醫(yī)院,培養(yǎng)了大批紅色醫(yī)務人員,他們?yōu)楸Ｕ喜筷爲?zhàn)斗力及根據(jù)地衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的建設(shè)作出了重大貢獻。同時,黨和政府廣泛號召軍民移風易俗,開展群眾性衛(wèi)生運動,從而改變了根據(jù)地衛(wèi)生面貌。到1932年夏,根據(jù)地的醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展取得了一定的成績。紅四軍主力被迫撤離根據(jù)地后,敵人對根據(jù)地進行殘酷地破壞與蹂躪,醫(yī)療條件更為艱苦,藥品奇缺。敵人不斷對根據(jù)地進行“清剿”,醫(yī)院被迫經(jīng)常流動在荒涼的深山野嶺里,醫(yī)務工作人員與傷病員隨時有被搜捕、殺害的危險。1934年冬,紅二十五軍長征后,斗爭環(huán)境更加艱苦,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作的開展更加困難。但是,蘇區(qū)醫(yī)務人員在黨和紅二十八軍的領(lǐng)導下,克服干難萬險,挽救了很多傷病員的生命,堅持三年游擊戰(zhàn)爭,一直到1937年秋國共合作,鄂豫皖醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)進入抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期。本論文共分四章：第一章介紹鄂豫皖革命根據(jù)地醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作的醫(yī)療環(huán)境。包括根據(jù)地的自然環(huán)境因素和社會因素。第二章介紹鄂豫皖革命根據(jù)地醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生組織的創(chuàng)建發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移情況。以斗爭形勢的變化和時間為序,介紹根據(jù)地醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生組織的發(fā)展和變遷情況。第三章介紹鄂豫皖革命根據(jù)地醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作的內(nèi)容。主要包括制定切實可行且符合實際需要的衛(wèi)生法規(guī),然后進行廣泛衛(wèi)生宣傳,進而將衛(wèi)生防病工作落到實處。第四章介紹鄂豫皖革命根據(jù)地醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作的成效、特點及歷史意義。對鄂豫皖蘇區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作的情況進行小結(jié)。
