【摘要】：1840年鴉片戰(zhàn)爭后,清政府內(nèi)憂外患,西方列強(qiáng)開始掀起瓜分中國的狂潮,1888年之后,位處西南邊疆的西藏面臨的侵略危機(jī)日益嚴(yán)重,并最終發(fā)生1903年英軍入侵拉薩事件。在此過程中,西藏地方和中央政府之間開始出現(xiàn)隔閡。辛亥革命之后,國民政府開始按照當(dāng)時的國際潮流重塑國家的認(rèn)同,如何加強(qiáng)對西藏的控制,祛除西方殖民者的侵略,挽救西藏于危難成為國民政府所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題。中央政府開始派遣官員入藏,聯(lián)絡(luò)和西藏地方的感情,希望以此緩和關(guān)系,并進(jìn)而將西藏納入中央政府的有效管轄之下。本文首先從辛亥革命以后中央政府與西藏的整體歷史背景出發(fā),揭示不同時期進(jìn)藏的入藏官員所處的歷史環(huán)境,繼而闡述和分析入藏官員對于西藏的書寫和認(rèn)知,總結(jié)出入藏官員關(guān)于西藏書寫的特點(diǎn),從中分析入藏官員的西藏書寫對國民政府處理西藏事務(wù)所產(chǎn)生的影響。
[Abstract]:In 1840 after the Opium War, the Qing government began to carve up the domestic trouble and foreign invasion of Western powers, China frenzy, after 1888, is located in the southwest border of Tibet is facing the crisis of aggression is becoming increasingly serious, and the final 1903 British invasion of the Lhasa incident. In this process, Tibet between local and central government began to appear estrangement. After the revolution, the national government started according to the international trend of remodeling the national identity, how to strengthen the control of Tibet, get rid of the Western colonial aggression, save Tibet from the crisis become the focus of the national government's attention. The central government began to send officials to Tibet, and contact Tibet local feelings, hoping to ease relations, and then into the effective jurisdiction of the central Tibet under the government. Firstly, after the revolution of 1911, the central government and Tibet's overall historical background, reveal the different period The historical environment of Tibetan officials in Tibet, then expounds and analyzes Tibetan officials' writing and cognition of Tibet, summarizes the characteristics of Tibet's handwriting by Tibetan officials, and analyzes the influence of Tibet's writing by Tibetan officials on the government's handling of Tibet offices.
