【摘要】：在20世紀(jì)20~40年代,以費達生為首的婦女團隊,沖破舊傳統(tǒng)的束縛,在蠶絲業(yè)界扮演了引領(lǐng)、推動技術(shù)和管理現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型的革新者的角色,在中國早期的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,創(chuàng)造了一個女性以專業(yè)技術(shù)、管理者身份,而非如啟蒙時期慣常的那樣通過與"女子教育""婚姻自由""家庭革命"和"摩登女郎"等內(nèi)容形象掛勾與現(xiàn)代性相勾連的傳奇,部分改寫了技術(shù)領(lǐng)域男性精英絕對主導(dǎo)的性別版圖。這一傳奇的發(fā)生,這些女性的發(fā)展策略是如何通過自身主體性得到發(fā)揮,以及從現(xiàn)代性荒蕪之地開拓、與資本主導(dǎo)的工業(yè)體系在技術(shù)變革中既合作又保持民生主義價值獨立性是研究的主旨所在。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, the women's team headed by Fedason broke through the shackles of the old tradition and played the role of innovator in leading, promoting and managing the modern transformation in the silk industry, in the early modern transformation of China. Creating a legend of modernity that a woman, in a professional and managerial capacity, did not associate with modernity, as is customary during the Enlightenment, through the images of "women's education", "marriage freedom," "family revolution" and "modern girls," Part of the rewriting of the male elite's absolute dominance of the gender landscape in the technical field. This legend, how these women's development strategies were brought into play through their own subjectivity, and developed from the desolation of modernity, The purpose of this study is to cooperate with the capital-led industrial system in technological change and to maintain the independence of livelihood values.
