【摘要】：同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)是民國時(shí)期興起的以地緣為紐帶的新型同鄉(xiāng)組織。抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)以后,國民政府遷都重慶,淪陷區(qū)數(shù)百萬人也隨之涌入。各地旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)本著為被難同鄉(xiāng)服務(wù)的宗旨,紛紛開展救濟(jì)難民、舉辦公益事業(yè)與聯(lián)絡(luò)鄉(xiāng)誼等一系列活動(dòng)。本文以抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)為研究對象,從浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)的設(shè)立、組織制度等方面概況,探究其現(xiàn)代社團(tuán)特征;從對同鄉(xiāng)難民的各種救濟(jì)活動(dòng)、救助家鄉(xiāng)災(zāi)禍、聯(lián)絡(luò)桑梓鄉(xiāng)誼等方面,探究浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)同鄉(xiāng)互助功能的發(fā)揮情況;并探究浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)如何適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)時(shí)實(shí)際情形開展一些新的活動(dòng),從而總結(jié)分析抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)的功能,探討浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)在抗戰(zhàn)中的作用和貢獻(xiàn)。本文主要以有關(guān)旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)的檔案文獻(xiàn)為研究基礎(chǔ),以抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)為研究對象,首先通過梳理抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)的概況,主要包括浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)的設(shè)立、組織制度、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、人員構(gòu)成、經(jīng)費(fèi)情況等內(nèi)容,指出其作為現(xiàn)代社團(tuán)的時(shí)代進(jìn)步性,并分析其成員構(gòu)成的特點(diǎn);繼而通過論述浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)在救濟(jì)慈善、聯(lián)絡(luò)鄉(xiāng)誼、為同鄉(xiāng)提供各項(xiàng)服務(wù)等方面的活動(dòng),指出抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)繼承了傳統(tǒng)的同鄉(xiāng)互助功能;最后通過論述浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)抗戰(zhàn)期間開展的募捐籌振、戰(zhàn)時(shí)救濟(jì)、慰勞抗戰(zhàn)將士與救助傷殘士兵、參與戰(zhàn)時(shí)政治活動(dòng)等方面的活動(dòng),說明浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)順應(yīng)戰(zhàn)時(shí)需要發(fā)展了新的功能。通過總結(jié)分析抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)各種功能的發(fā)揮,可以看到浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)在抗戰(zhàn)中發(fā)揮了重大作用。自從國民政府遷都重慶以來,浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)以其優(yōu)良的社會(huì)資源,對有效地發(fā)揮同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)的社會(huì)功能提供了政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面的便利和保障�？箲�(zhàn)時(shí)期浙江旅渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)除了秉承和擴(kuò)大同鄉(xiāng)互助的功能外,還為順應(yīng)戰(zhàn)時(shí)需求以及滿足旅渝同鄉(xiāng)的需要,增加了以支持抗戰(zhàn)為目的的戰(zhàn)時(shí)救濟(jì)功能,而這種種功能的發(fā)揮直接或間接為抗戰(zhàn)做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the National Government moved its capital to Chongqing, and millions of people in the occupied areas also poured in. One after another, a series of activities such as relief for refugees, public welfare undertakings and liaison between townships and townships have been held. This paper takes the Zhejiang traveling and Chongqing hometown Association during the Anti-Japanese War as the research object, and gives an overview of the establishment and organization system of the Zhejiang traveling Chongqing hometown Association. From the aspects of relief activities, disaster relief and contact with Sangzi Township, this paper probes into the function of mutual aid between the local associations in Zhejiang and Chongqing. And how to adapt to the actual situation of wartime and carry out some new activities, so as to sum up and analyze the functions of Zhejiang traveling Chongqing Association during the War of Resistance against Japan, and explore how to adapt to the actual situation during the war of war. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the role and contribution of the Zhejiang Guild in the War of Resistance against Japan. This paper mainly takes the archives of the Association for visiting Chongqing as the research basis, and takes the Zhejiang Association for traveling in Chongqing during the War of Resistance against Japan as the research object. First of all, through combing the general situation of Zhejiang traveling Chongqing Association during the War of Resistance against Japan, mainly including the establishment, organization system, organization organization, personnel composition, fund situation and so on, the paper points out that the society is advancing as a modern society. It also analyzes the characteristics of its membership, and then discusses the activities of Zhejiang Travel and Chongqing Township Association in relief of charity, liaison with villagers, provision of various services for fellow townships, etc. It is pointed out that the Zhejiang traveling and Chongqing hometown Association in the period of Anti-Japanese War inherited the traditional function of mutual aid among the people in the same country, and finally, through the discussion on the raising of funds during the War of Resistance against Japan, the War of War Relief, the consolation of the soldiers and soldiers of the War of Resistance against Japan and the relief of disabled soldiers. Participation in wartime political activities and other activities shows that the Zhejiang Travel and Chongqing hometown Association has developed new functions to meet the needs of the wartime. Through summing up and analyzing the various functions of the Zhejiang Travel and Chongqing hometown Association during the Anti-Japanese War, It can be seen that the Zhejiang Association for traveling to Chongqing played an important role in the War of Resistance against Japan. Since the National Government moved its capital to Chongqing, the Zhejiang Association for visiting Chongqing, with its excellent social resources, has provided politics for effectively exerting the social functions of the associations. During the Anti-Japanese War, in addition to adhering to and expanding the functions of mutual assistance among fellow townships, the Zhejiang Provincial people's Association also responded to wartime needs and to meet the needs of fellow townships in Chongqing and Chongqing. The function of wartime relief was added to support the War of Resistance, and the exertion of these functions directly or indirectly contributed greatly to the War of Resistance.
